Long review coming.

I was a small business owner for a while and was hired to do a job for Shawn, he was a patient customer that was easy to work for even on a uncommon project.

Well over a year later I call for a quote on materials and info on me doing my own install. He gave a quote & the info freely and was helpful & encouraging.

Another year passed & I called to explain that I was still interested but didn't know when I'd have the time for the install. He came by, measured, discussed cheaper alternatives & felt out how flexible I was on my design....then provided a quote for materials AND install. Only $200 more than our original!

A month later I had the spaces prepared & he sent Josh & Joe to do my VCT kitchen, they were friendly & thorough, stayed late just to finish it all in one day.

Next morning Lee and his helper arrived for the bathroom ceramic and had it laid by noon, grouted by noon the third day.

Excellent people to work with!

They were all friendly & respectful of our property, did a good job professionally, arrived on time every time & kept us well informed.

From the first consultation to the finished flooring our experience with Fashion Floors Inc has been FANTASTIC! Always willing to answer questions and make suggestions. They take time to explain things. The workmanship is excellent. They even helped me work through an issues with doorway that was badly designed 20 years ago. We are 100% satified.

Friendly people.

I called fashion floors two weeks ago to get an estimate. They took my number and my name never even called me back. I received way better service somewhere else and the job was complete within a week. I was pretty frustrated that I couldn’t even get a returned phone call seeing that this issue I stressed needed to be taken care of relatively quickly.

I wouldn’t use these people for anything. Flooring or storage! Don’t care about you or your belongings. It’s just about money. Use someone else!
