The jeweler is a family owned business dedicated to giving the best selection of jewelry and professional repairs. They can design gorgeous pieces of jewelry and make anything the client would like to have done. For example, I lost my diamond in my engagement ring. The setting was fragile. MyThe suggestion was to put it into my wedding band for more stability because I never take my wedding bands off. My husband bought me a 25 year anniversary band at the jeweler which did not fit well with my wedding band. The outcome was to wear my 25 year band on my pinkie finger. I was so thrilled at the suggestion. They can make anything at reasonable prices and have a fine selection of jewelry as well. So grateful to have John and his family to provide such expertise, skill and caring in making and selling their jewelry.

I’ve had the best experience with Tower Square. My engagement ring and my wedding bands are from them and all are custom made for exactly what we wanted. They resized when needed and always clean my ring when I stop by. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

I came in to have my seiko bracelet fixed and couldn’t be happier with the watch makers service! He is a true watch collector and even has a collection of really nice automatic and vintage watches for sale for extremely good prices. 10/10 would recommend any watch owner or collector to stop by here to have your watches serviced!

Update: I just got my wedding ring from Town Square Jewelers and I could not be happier. The amount of craftsmanship and care that went into my ring is unmatched. I could not be happier with how it turned out!!

I had 3 watches that were not
functioning; two had new batteries and
the third needed a battery. I explained
the problem to one of the gentlemen
working there and he took the watches
back to test them. A Timex watch (over
30 years old) had a charged battery;
however the watch itself was in need of
repair. The second watch, a Guess, had
a dead battery and it also needed repair.
The third watch, an Invicta, needed
battery replacement.

The gentleman explained that the cost of
having the watches repaired would cost
more than they were worth (unless I wanted to spend the money for sentimental reasons). He also explained
that store-bought batteries often are not
rotated, and are therefore not fresh. One of the batteries I had replaced myself was in this category.

The battery in the Invicta watch was
replaced and I was charged only for that
battery replacement. The other two
watches were returned.

He could have easily recommended the
watches be fixed, which would have
been costly; but he did not. I appreciate
his honesty and would recommend
Tower Square Jewelers without
reservation. The next time I need a new
battery or any other jewelry-related
issue, I will not hesitate to return.

In this age of digital marketing and reviews I thought it was about time I wrote a review. I have bought jewelry from John for over 20 years. Each and every time the experience has been awesome. I just took his workmanship and talents for granted. I expect great service, a great product, and value for my dollar. Well, I just bought my wife an eternity diamond ring for our 35th wedding anniversary. John & Adam absolutely knocked it out of the park. The diamonds selected were top notch, the color, clarity, size, cut of each individual diamond is breath taking. The setting workmanship is remarkable. It is not easy to select 14 individual diamonds all within a specific size and to hit all 14 in the E color range, VS1 rated with half of them GIA certified. I would question any negative review written about John & Adam as they stand behind their work. I HIGHLY recommend their services if you want a great product at a great value. If not then you should probably look elsewhere. 5 stars all the way.

They provide great customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and meet deadlines. They communicated well throughout the entire process. We purchased both our engagement & wedding rings from them. Great to deal with both times around. They also do a great job of asking questions upfront to make sure you are investing in the right diamond that meets your wants/needs. They look out for your best interest and make sure you are not spending money on unnecessary extras. Highly recommend them, the whole team is great!

John and Adam are by far the BEST jewelers I have ever been to. I went to look into engagement rings and haven’t gone to another jeweler since. John helped look into different designs and stones for the ring that I wanted, not that he wanted to sell and Adam did an INCREDIBLE job ensuring the stone was set in and secure on an extremely high quality level. After that I have been back to get my watch cleaned and fixed and a knecklace cleaned and for a new chain. They are the mot knowledgeable, caring, professional people that service the customer first. They know so many of their customers by first name and care so much about them and their story! Without a doubt will never go to another jeweler now that I have them.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received from John and his team at Town Square Jewelers. I had A LOT of jewelry that I needed someone in the business to evaluate, and John spent a good amount of time with me, advising me on what items were quality and which were not. I was then able to sell the "scrap" gold and silver at a very fair price. I am having several rings resized, and purchased a new chain to hold some of the "treasures" we found in my lot. I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs and HIGHLY recommend Town Square Jewelers! During these crazy times, it's great to support our local businesses!

John and Adam are there to provide you with amazing customer service, explaining what they are doing, answering questions, and providing some of the most beautiful jewelry around. Needed a battery for my watch. To do it myself I would have had to buy a special tool to remove the back. I walked in and had my watch fixed in 5 minutes for less than what I would have had to pay just for the battery at a drugstore. Now I know where to go when I buy my next watch.
