This time I Met Raquel She was extremely accommodating and made my experience very comfortable. I bought the engagement ring here and wow this place can’t be beat. The prices are great and the service is amazing. Raquel was amazing. She was incredibly helpful picking out an engagement ring my now fiancé would love. The warranty is top notch. We already sent them out to be resized and so much is included. Having just picked out the wedding bands I am beyond pleased with how much we are getting for the price. Everyone loves her ring. Thanks a lot Zales and Raquel for making our engagement and wedding special and ours. We will be back every 6 months for our free warranty included inspections :)

Today I visited this Zales location and was kindly welcomed the very second I entered the store. The purpose of my visit was to have my diamond cleaned and inspected. I had the pleasure of working with Raquel Kodos, she was kind, pleasant and extremely helpful without being pushy. She helped my fiancé and I with comparing options for our wedding bands. Again she was amazing with explaining our options and her impeccable patience while I tried on band after band. I've never had such a flawless experience at any other Zales location and I am glad that I chose this location. From this day forward Zales in the Emerald Square Mall will be my go to location and I plan to buy all future purchases from Raquel specifically! Thank you for your kindness!
