Quality craftsmanship and kindness. Elizabeth and her team helped me with designing a very sentimental custom piece. I have a memorial diamond of my mother and other jewelry pieces from her that I want to wear but didn’t know where to start. Lost the back to my favorite gold earrings, which I wear every day. Reliable Gold explained that the backs are not all the same. They provided a plastic back, which works great, at no charge, and cleaned my earrings too. I had bought these earrings from them years ago, in their previous location in Wayland Square. They not one pressured me to buy anything and they were even nice enough to let me bring my toddler daughters inside and treat them to a candy cane while waiting.
