Our mom's funeral was expertly handled by Christy Bergeson, Managing Director of Wilbur-Romano Funeral home and her wonderful staff. Everything went smoothly and as planned. Christy was highly organized, efficient & with us every step of the way throughout our mom's funeral. We highly recommend them!

Christy and the staff at Wilbur Romano were amazing to work with by making a somber experience into an easy process. From the planning to the services, Christy and staff paid exceptional attention to detail and thoroughly explained every step of each process. Very thankful for this experience and the respect and care my mom was given while at their facility.

The team at Wilbur-Romano went beyond my expectations. They were professional, compassionate, thorough and responded immediately to any questions we had. I was making arrangements from out of town, which could have been very difficult. But they were extraordinarily helpful and accommodating, even after we made repeated and complex changes to our arrangements. I could not have been more pleased with my experience and highly recommend them.

Our experience at Wilber-Romano was very pleasant. We were well attended to and the staff was extremely patient and kind. They gave our family a beautiful experience.

My parents had a prepaid cremation contract through The Neptune Society. Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home provided the services. I worked with Christy who couldn't have been kinder or more patient. She worked quickly and professionally. With the pandemic everything is strange and more difficult but Christy made this very difficult time as calm and kind as possible.

At any passing of a loved one the mind is not so clear. It gives me great pleasure to state that Christen and the rest of the unique members of this funeral home made a difficult time an actual pleasure. Every detail was handled to the top most perfection and efficiency combined with honor in such a respectable manner. Five stars in not a sufficient or high enough rating for what they all combined to achieve for my Pop's and our family. We of my family THANK YOU all very much for what you have done.

Shannon made the preplanning processes clear and easy. I was able to customize and personalize plans which was important to me. I was never pushed to purchase anything I did not want and the process was thoroughly explained to me.

From our first meeting with Erica and Jackie to the conclusion everyone was professional and detail oriented. The service was well orchestrated. Highly recommend. I would gladly give them 10 stars!
