We had a friend who was a jeweler for many years but when he retired and sold his business my husband used a “big box” store. We were satisfied with product but didn’t care for the service and didn’t have the trust in them after a few issues.

I recently brought in a delicate claddagh ring that needed help. They asked me to leave it, as they wanted to discuss ideas. They came up with a wonderful design. I’ve only had it for a few months, and I’ve received numerous compliments on the ring.

Amazing staff! So friendly and knowledgeable. My mother has been going here for years and I brought a very special piece of jewelry here to get spiced up after having my engagement ring meticulously fixed here and was extremely pleased with the craftsmanship. I haven’t seen the finished product yet, but I know it is in good hands and will not be shipped out to just be a number in a large jewelry factory. Time and care will go into this piece and I have no worries that it could get lost or misplaced. Cannot wait to see the finished piece!!

Cindi is an absolutely incredible bench jeweler and business owner. She takes very good care of everyone that walks through her doors and works hard to make her clients happy. Sometimes her work takes slightly longer than expected, but it’s totally okay, because I know that the reason she takes her time is because she cares about the quality of her work. She understands the sentiment to the pieces she gets to work on and gently turns old pieces into something that looks brand new. I found Cindi's by mistake actually as I went to a different jeweler to have a wedding ring re-constructed. They said the job was too involved and I headed home. Passed by Cindi's Diamond & Jewelry store and stopped in. Turns out Cindi actually specializes in the restoration of antique jewelry. Since my wife and I have been married almost 40 years, I guess the ring 'qualifies' for being an antique. Not sure what that makes me?

My wife's wedding ring was stolen so I was having my matching wedding ring repaired and adding a diamond so she would end up with an original copy of her ring. Anyway, Cindi was able to fully repair this ring which was hand built originally. Lots of scroll work and intricate rope designs. Then mountings for a full caret size diamond was added. Cindi's supplied the diamond, which was very nice. Clear, sparkling and nice color. The end result was a beautiful ring that my wife simply loved!

I would highly recommend Cindi's for any type of jewelry needs. They are very pleasant to deal with, have a nice relaxed atmosphere in the store and most importantly, she does great work!

Easiest shopping experience ever, I saw a beautiful ring on Cindi's website, I called the Gallery and asked if the ring was available in white gold, in less than 2 weeks she called me and said the ring was in, doesn't get any easier than that.
