They repaired my wedding band after another jeweler badly damaged it. Two other stores wouldn't even try because the damage was so complicated. It looks amazing and the band fits with the engagement ring like it should. I'm very happy!

Sheldon Jewelers is fantastic. Russell helped us customize one of his designs for my unique engagement ring. We loved his original version (shown in the box) but it was a bit bigger than we were looking for and we wanted a blue or purple stone. After adjusting the design, Russell recommended a sapphire and source several for us to pick from in different shades.

We loved the end product so much we worked with him to customize both of our wedding bands as well. Everything came out beautifully. We highly recommend Sheldon Jewelers.

I’ve been using Sheldon Jewelers for years and recommend them as highly as possible for all phases of the jewelry business. I’ve bought jewelry, had repairs done, and sold a lot of gold - at great prices. Both Sheldon and Russell are great - very knowledgeable and pleasant. Russell recently worked with a friend of mine to locate and set a replacement for her lost diamond, and was very thorough in his search and sympathetic to her situation. He just helped me design a beautiful piece of custom jewelry – we started with a CAD and he made suggestions and changes that created a beautiful piece that was exactly what I wanted. In summary, it’s a family-owned, trustworthy business where you get personal attention.

I just received a call from Sheldon, himself. Evidently I had completely forgotten about a pair of earrings they repaired well over a year ago! They could have disposed of them, they could have done nothing, I would be none the wiser, but Sheldon called me after all this time. That's why this jeweler has been in business for over 30 years... they are great at what they do and they care about the customer. Kudos to you and your son Sheldon and thank you!

Great shop got In trouble with the I.R.S. and they helped me out in a pinch, nice people, kool wathdog, and some really nice looking jewelry for sale so when I’m done with Uncle Sam. I’ll be back!

Best store and jewelers ever! Completely honest and trustworthy. I won't purchase, repair or sell my jewelry with anyone else and I live in Pennsylvania. When I visit the New England area I always stop in and working with them from out of state is just as easy and incredibly rewarding! We LOVE Sheldon Jewelers. Highly recommend them!!

I can't say enough about Russell! He is Sheldon's son and he went to school for design so he is into all of these programs to custom design rings. He worked with my fiance/husband drawing pictures and turning them into 3D images on the computer and when things were finalized turned it in to the most beautiful ring! He also advised us that the garnets I wanted around the side of the ring would not shine as bright due to the placement but he was ready with an alternative! Sheldon himself was always so kind to chat if we ended up needing to wait a few minutes for Russell to finish with another customer. The doggie cuddles helped too!

Very honest and trustworthy family run Jeweler. The son sized my very difficult ring twice and it looks amazing, he was able to add custom bands and touches to match my husband's custom ring which we also ordered through them. I would recommend anyone to this place. I moved back to NY before the rings were done and they were excellent about keeping in touch and mailing them safely to us. Thank you Russell :)

I came with some items from my brother-in-law's estate. I'd already disposed the coins to a very reputable shop in our area, and the coin dealer recommended Sheldon as a place you could trust to be honest. Sheldon and his son Russell were super friendly and helpful. I sold the items and had a great time in the process. Would surely go there again if I ever have other such items. p.s. They said they also look at old costume jewelry because it sometimes has gold in it. I didn't have any costume jewelry, but it's good to know they do that.
