Max Burger

Today was my second time going into Max Burger and I have to say the owner and his employees always go above and beyond whenever I've gone. I appreciate the owner always making time to personally greet and communicate with his guests. The food here is worth it and my partner and I will come
back again..

Good service and great food. The manager who stated he was new made a point to stop by our table and ask us how our dinner was. More restaurants should employ this often missed opportunity to connect with customers. Salads are outstanding in size, quality and presentation!

The outdoor seating is nice, with afternoon sun. They were able to seat 6 quickly. Food and service were excellent. Next time I'll ask for my salad dressing on the side. Many interesting beers on tap. Very covid friendly.

My family and I dined in. This is a very nice place. We got seated quickly. Arrived around 6pm and by the time we departed this place was filled and people waiting. Food was on point. I enjoyed the house beer and definitely recommend it.

Haven't been for a while, and we had a great trip back. The tuna crudo app was amazing. Burgers were awesome. Hubby really enjoyed the heat on the 3 Alarm Crunch. Our server, Audrey, was great.

Excellent Food! Tasted absolutely astonishing!!! Very kind and understanding even though we came in 30-40 minutes before closing. Waitress and staff all kind hearted and truly wonderful. Excellent service and amazing people. Definitely recommend others to come through and check it out! Worth the money, time, and experience! 10/10.

What hooked me was the Spinach dip with goat cheese...to top it off they serve essentially with what can be best described as, "fried bread", YAY! The harvest salad was sooooooo good!!! I added salmon, which was cooked PERFECTLY. Was also introduced to my new obsession, Fig Vodka. The staff is sweet and the restaurant is cozy. Psst...they also have boozy shakes, I recommend the Bourbon Caramel one 😉.

the best burger around, been here multiple times always top burgers, cooked perfectly, service always friendly and fast, I just wish the Nachos like the West Hartford location, otherwise everything is perfect. Definitely recommended

Great, tasty burgers. Fries were fresh, onion rings were perfect. Milkshake was creamy and just right. We’ll be back…many times

Max establishments never disappoint. Once again, it's the same with this particular one. The best cheese burger I have had so far in Massachusetts. A real classy place.

One of my favorite places for dining and drinks. Bartenders are amazing and everyone else there. Food is fantastic.

Bacon & Blue Salad with Wagyu Burger Awesomeness.
These folks have it going on. Great menu and draft selections. Very friendly and attentive service. Nice ambiance. The Wagyu will blow you away. I like this place for the solo experience.

My wife had the COB salad and I had the Texican burger Both were very good and Tasty

We've eaten here a few times and it is always a good meal, but for me... the real measure of a restaurant is how they react when things don't go as usual.

Today my burger came out substantially overcooked. Once i brought it to the waitress' attention she immediately offered to put another burger on for me. When i let her know we were in a rush and i didn't have time to wait for another burger, she had the manager stop by. He took the burger off the bill without any prompting from me. This is how a restaurant should be run. We will continue to go back and continue to rave about this place because of the remarkable service.

It seems like since covid, service at local restaurants suffered substantially. Not here. I highly recommend this place

I ordered take out, chicken tacos and a shake and a kids meal. It was so delicious and the hostess that assisted me on the phone and in person was so nice and helpful

Everything was excellent! This was my 16 year old birthday lunch choice and it was an excellent one for sure! Are server was amazing and super friendly

Wow! Had the mushroom swiss burger... The absolute best gourmet restaurant prepared burger I can recall, I don't mean just the last nutso year, but in many years... Looking forward to going back... My college age sons had the fatty melt and the maple whiskey burgers and loved them also... The Brussels sprouts bacon side is a perfect compliment :-) Thank you Sarah for great service!
