Lots of ample parking in an easily accessible location off Route 5 in Southampton, just over the border from Easthampton. While I haven't yet made any purchases, I found the staff helpful and the business to be accommodating. Right next to the Chinese food restaurant, West Lake, and the salon, this jewelry shop is across the street from Big Y- although its as small as some of the gems they sell, its easy to spot and worth the stop.

My husband and I have come here for well over 10 years always great customer service, I remember his mom very well she was very kind, she sold me a beautiful SS heart necklace, I've had my wedding ring sized and numerous other pleasant transactions Teds is a honest a reputable jewelry, I would not go anywhere else

Fantastic customer service! I took my watch in for repair and Ted fixed it immediately and at a great price. Ted and his staff are a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the area to buy or repair jewelry.
