While shopping for a wedding dress I called Going to the Chapel and left a message with some details about what I was searching for, Ellen called me back one day later. After some discussion we agreed that she didn’t have quite what I was looking for(I was very specific in what I needed, and limited on time) but it didn’t end there! Ellen chatted with me for about 25 minutes giving me excellent advice and sharing her knowledge with me. I can tell that she knows her industry and truly cared that I got what I was looking for even if it meant I wouldn’t be purchasing a dress from her. I believe from our conversation that this is not just a business to her, it is her passion. I would recommend Going to the Chapel to anyone looking for a personalized, professional experience while shopping for the perfect dress.

Highly recommend Ellen and Going to the Chapel for any of your wedding needs. I wasn't able to do my dress shopping there, but she got me in really quickly to find a veil. She spent just as much time and effort helping me as she would someone picking out their dress, and she was able to find a veil that complemented my dress perfectly.

Ellen did an incredible job helping me pick my wedding dress- she is very knowledgeable and makes you feel empowered when choosing your dress! A week before my wedding I was still at a lost in finding the perfect veil and Ellen took the time to find one that went perfectly with my dress. Highly recommend!

Go here!!! From the moment you enter the store, to the moment you leave, you will be wowed and entertained by the lovely dresses and friendly staff. They promote such healthy messages by having mannequins of all sizes, and dresses of all sizes all equally displayed and prominent…they focus on positive body image and being comfortable. They really focus on the person in the dress - not the dress defining them. They know what they are doing for sure, and were so low pressure. Thank you for making my baby girls prom dress shopping such a fun time!!

The owner Ellen and her two team members, Jen and Sam, were absolutely great! At the first dress shop I visited, I tried on 15 dresses and left confused. At Ellen’s shop, the second dress I tried on was everything I could have wanted in a dress and more. Ellen and her staff were full of compliments and even showed what the dress would look like if I wanted to alter it in different ways. Ellen and her team members are knowledgeable about the dresses in store, and take the time to make the appointment feel personal. The store is full of beautiful dresses, and the owner and staff members have a sense of humor and kindness that helped make finding my wedding dress a wonderful experience!

Ellen and her staff are absolutely amazing. They are so kind, attentive, knowledgeable about their dresses, and have a keen ability to pull dresses that are exactly what you’re looking for. I found my wedding dress here and it is the nicest quality piece of clothing I have ever worn and I was able to get it for 50% off the list price. During my appointment I had three wonderful women waiting on me. I felt like a queen! You have to come here if you want a boutique experience and designer quality without paying the designer price tag.

I went to 9 different dress shops before stopping by Going to the Chapel. Ellen, and her team, created a positive, family-like, atmosphere and have continued to help me - even after I purchased my wedding dress! I ended up finding the dress of my dreams, in a style unlike any I had seen at the other dress shops. They sell very high quality dresses for 50% off! I would recommend this place 1000x over. If you haven't found the dress yet, it is worth it to check this place out!!

I wish I could give them more stars than 5! Absolutely the most effortless, personalized and relaxed bridal appointment ever! I was unhappy with my experience at another big name bridal store and was getting overcharged and followed my gut to start from scratch with a new dress. They exceeded my expectations and actually had a better variety than any other place I have looked for over a year. I can’t thank these ladies enough for helping me find a dress I will feel 100% beautiful and confident on my wedding day. I'm a bride with a budget, and Ellen and Sam worked closely with my people and I to find my dream dress under-budget. They were nothing but helpful, cheery and full of personality! They found a veil that matched perfectly, and Ellen's "grand reveal" of me in my dress and veil was very touching; there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Such an amazing experience! I was a nervous wreck going in and Ellen and her team put me at ease instantly. From the personalized welcome sign walking in to the home made cookie I was given after, everything in between was nothing short of amazing. I found my perfect dress and felt heard and cared for through the entire process. I recommend buying your dress here, it will be unique to you and the prices cant be beat!

Ellen made my experience! She was so personable and knowledgeable. She isn’t pushy at all and gives you time to think of what you might want or like before she Gives suggestions. My biggest advice would be to trust her opinion or dress suggestions! The shop had a wide variety or sizes, styles, and materials. The dress I found had every piece of my dream gown and a more than half priced price tag. After finding the dress she had many shoes to try on with it and quickly found. A veil that not only matched the shade of the dress but met the length that would look good with the dress and the design that would compliment it. After going to David’s Bridal the day before I can honestly say even they didn’t have the selection or knowledge Going to the Chapel did. I can’t recommend this shop enough. It will make your wedding gown vision come true!!!

Ellen and her team were AMAZING! Everyone was so sweet and helpful. They helped me find a gorgeous wedding gown for my big day. They have incredible, unique styles. There really is something for everyone! They even had a nice little seating area for my bridesmaids to hang out. We were very impressed! I can’t wait to take my mom here to look at mother of the bride dresses. I am so happy I visited!

Outstanding service!! One of the best dress shops I've been to! My mother found a stunningly perfect mother of the bride dress in under 20 minutes for under $150. Every dress is 50% off the original price! The owners are so nice and really care about giving you the best possible experience! The selection is modern and HUGE! The employees carefully listen to your interests and are amazing at finding other dresses you might love. Overall, 10/10 experience!! I recommend this 100%!

Ellen was beyond amazing and her store was beautiful! When we first walked in, there was a hand written sign welcoming me (now that is a personal touch). Ellen listened to everything we said and even stayed within our price range. Not once did we ever feel pressured to buy anything. With every dress I tried on Ellen had nothing but compliments. She always brought out the positive in every dress, yet always told her real opinion. We even had some jokes along the way. Laughed from the time we began, to the time we left. To celebrate finding the ONE... we got gifts! Homemade cookies that she personally made and a bottle of champagne 🍾 Ellen is an AMAZING person and couldn't be more PERFECT for this business! My experience at Going to the Chapel was excellent. There is a large selection of dresses as extremely reasonable prices. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They took note of what styles I like and pulled additional dresses from upstairs for me to try. And they never pulled a dress over my budget! They were very accommodating of the budget. I brought 4 people with me and there was plenty of room. I can’t recommend Going to the Chapel enough.

My experience at Going to the Chapel was AWESOME. The staff took the time to listen to me and the type of gown I need to attend a wedding on Jamaica WI on the beach. The owner helped me pick out the perfect dress and I went back to show pictures of my experience in Jamaica and Ellen said I made her day. I was smiling all the way home. See I love spending my money in establishments where they truly have your best interest at heart ♥. Can’t wait to go back to purchase my next gown for my friends 60th birthday ball in October. Just bought my wedding dress from Going to the Chapel and I couldn't be happier! They have a great system where you can look through all the dresses in your size and mark the ones you like, and then they bring them to your dressing room and help you try them on. I found it much more helpful then having to describe a dress and having someone else find it, or trying on dresses way to big and clipping them on. Wonderful customer service and lots of great deals on beautiful dresses! I would highly recommend it!
