Highly recommend Pearl! I got my wedding dress/alterations there and had a fantastic experience. I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, but the staff was great about asking questions and helping me find the perfect dress the very first day!

My father was very sick in the months leading up to my wedding and Pearl staff allowed me to bring my dad to the shop to show him my dress and take some photos. They were extremely accommodating and gave us all the time we needed. My father passed away before the wedding and I will forever be grateful for the time the Pearl staff gave us in the shop.

Kerry really listened and took notice of how I was feeling in each dress I tried on and was just all around incredible when it came to helping me find the dress I was looking for. Athan altered my dress perfectly. In general, the scheduling of every appointment was easy and when I arrived each time, the staff was immediately ready for me. My experience there was always very positive. I could not recommend Pearl Bridal enough for anyone shopping for a wedding dress.

Went to Pearl Bridal and found my daughter's wedding dress. It is a beautiful little shop. We worked with Izzy. She was knowledgeable about every dress in the shop, she was very sweet and so kind to all of us excited ladies oooh-ing and awe-ing over every dress. I highly recommend this beautiful little shop if you're looking. It was one of the most precious moments in my life to see the emotion on Mariah's face coming out of the dressing room knowing we had found her dress.❤❤❤❤

Overall I highly recommend Pearl Bridal Boutique! They had a great selection of wedding dresses as well as accessories. With Ryan's help, we found a stunning dress that had everything I was looking for. Ryan & Brittany were very professional & supportive during the process.

After trying the dress on a second time before purchasing it, I asked an associate (neither Ryan or Brittany, I forgot her name), but asked if the top front portion could be tailored smaller to fit my small bust. The associate responded in an easy breezy fashion "Oh of course!". Because of this, I then purchased the dress. Turns out, when I had my first fitting with the tailor, I asked for him to make the top front portion of the dress smaller to fit my smaller bust/frame & he said he could not do it, even after the dress was ordered in "my size". He did his best to make it fit as well as possible, but I still felt it was too big after thousands of dollars spent on the dress & hundreds of dollars spent on the tailoring.

I had an amazing experience buying my dress and having my alterations done at Pearl. They were extremely professional, responsive and I thought the prices were extremely reasonable. They created a fun and stress free environment throughout the process. I also absolutely loved my dress!

Pearl Bridal was the 3rd Bridal Shop I went to and I wish I had started there first! Ryan is extremely professional and she did a great job picking out dresses that matched what I was looking for. At other bridal shops I went to I felt pushed to make a decision. Ryan asked consultative questions and did not rush me to make a decision. She made the dress shopping process enjoyable and I felt extremely comfortable with my purchase. She then later picked out a veil for me, also without pushing me to buy one when I was originally hesitant, and it matched the dress perfectly.
My dress was also altered at Pearl Bridal and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the work. The bustle was intricate and I'm glad I stayed there for alterations rather than going somewhere else.
Overall, I had a great experience shopping here and would highly recommend it to other brides!

This boutique is beautiful and the service is awesome. They have a good variety of dresses for a small boutique, just make sure you're shopping for dresses early as most of their stock takes months to arrive after ordering. The whole experience was really special.

I purchased my wedding dress from Pearl Boutique. The experience and the staff were absolutely amazing! They listened to exactly what I was looking for in my dress but also guided me towards my ultimate dress that was slightly different than I was thinking I wanted. The dress ended up being absolutely perfect for our venue and our day. The alteration process was also super simple. Our experience at Pearl Boutique was fantastic!. Carrie was our sales associate and she was wonderful. I took my daughter to pick out a wedding dress and the experience was phenomenal. We were only shown dresses that were in our budget and exactly what my daughter wanted for her style. Within 1 hour my daughter was able to pick out the most gorgeous dress. Carrie was knowledgeable, attentive, and has a great eye for detail. It was a great experience and I highly recommend pearl Boutique!!

This Boutique was beyond cute! Very rustic, inviting, and very clean. The Customer Service we received was phenomenal! The Lady who was working (I don’t know her name) went above and beyond. She wasn’t pushy, and she made sure my Sister in Law was comfortable and happy with her purchase.
She really made this experience so special for all of us, not just the Bride to be and that was amazing.

My consultant, Brittany was absolutely wonderful. Every dress that she showed me was beautiful, flattering, and well within my budget. I feel like the best version of myself in the gown that I purchased and I can't wait to wear it. The boutique is lovely and I really enjoyed not having to share the space. Covid measures were right on target and I felt safe. Overall it was a great experience.

I bought my wedding dress from Pearl and I had a great experience! Their shop is in one of the renovated old mills in Holyoke, and its just beautiful. They have a huge selection of dresses of all different styles. I worked with several different consultants and they were all so helpful and professional. And I loved their tailor, he was amazing! I had a great experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I went into Pearl searching for my wedding dress and I did not leave disappointed. Carrie, our associate, was PHENOMENAL! She was very knowledgeable and gave her honest opinion(s) in a kind way. She made the experience incredible for myself and my guests. The boutique itself is cute, very well lit and the changing rooms are large. Being in Pearl made me feel like I was on one of those wedding TV shows. I highly recommend it!

Had a great experience back in October picking out my wedding dress at Pearl Bridal Boutique! Many different selections and my consultant was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and focused on exactly what I was looking for. I ended up with the very first dress I tried on- of course I tried on others but kept circling back to the first. We came in to find my cousins dress and Kerry helped us. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful the entire time! Any questions we had she had answers and made the entire experience a memorable one for the entire group! Highly recommend for your big day!

Ryan and her staff at Pearl are fantastic! I can call anytime with my questions and she is very accommodating. There is a new web site that they just launched a few months ago that is also helpful. My sister and I both went to Pearl, and it is where I bought my wedding gown and plan on purchasing my attendants outfits there as well. Another top reason is because the staff at Bridal Barn is pushy and not very personable. GO TO PEARL!

Amazing little boutique! Got my wedding dress here and it was everything I wanted! They were prompt, communicative and very organized! Loved their options for dresses and the vibe overall. My best friend got her wedding dress here too! Fabulous both times! Alterations are a pretty penny though ($400 for mine). So keep that in mind! 😊

Such a BEAUTIFUL boutique with an amazing selection of gowns! Ryan made the whole experience so special and as if I was the only bride, no rush, and all the comfort to make such an important choice! Athan is perfect at alterations, I had a big change to make for my gown and it came out exactly as I had it in my head! Highly highly recommend! Perfect place for the perfect memories for your perfect day!

Did not visit the store, only ordered a gown on the phone but the associate who helped me was very friendly and prompt in getting my dress out

I loved loved LoVEd this place, I was able to work one-on-one with the owner, dooring a week day so it was more intimate she was absolutely amazing. I told her what I was looking for and she nailed it, she was able to understand everything that I wanted and she actually listened to me. I plan to return in the next couple of months with my bridal party to find their dresses. Thank you again!!!
