Excellent experience at John’s. They are efficient, honest and reliable. Michael oversees the shop and he is extremely organized and pleasant to deal with as a customer. They are there for you and to help you. I have had other unfortunate experiences with other mechanics who were just there for themselves to make you as a customer pay for things you don’t need. It’s no nonsense here and I highly recommend it. My family goes there also and they love getting their gas there. My car runs beautifully. Thank you.

This is the only place I'll go. Being a single woman I constantly get taken advantage of and the manager is the most honest man around. I had been trying to get my oil changed but due to my car being so new, no places besides dealerships had my oil filter and I didn't want to pay their high prices. The manager ordered not just one but two of my filters (so they have it for my subsequent oil change) immediately (no other places even told me they could do that for me) and gave me a full service oil change the following day with no appointment. He even topped off my washer fluid for free.
I've had my car inspection done there. Quickly in and out with no appointment.
My air in my tire kept getting low and I just pulled in one day. They immediately took my tire off and checked for a leak.
Gas attendants are the friendliest speediest around.

John’s has been a truly great place for us to get our repairs done. We have repaired upwards of 15 vehicles at their shop. The team at John’s are very knowledgeable, honest with their quotations, and have a fast turn around time.

They have repaired everything from brakes to engine parts for us. They have done a very large number of Preventive Maintenance on our vehicles for us as well. All their repairs have exceeded our expectations in terms of quality of job and speed of turn around.

Their work is guaranteed and they will always make it right if anything does go wrong.

It is not easy to find a mechanic team that you completely trust, but for us that’s what John’s is.

i’ve been here 3 times and i actually trust them with my car. the owner is very nice and helpful when it came to my car needing new brakes. i’ve gotten my state inspection done here too. highly recommend if anyone is looking to take their car somewhere!

I drove in on a rainy morning with a flat tire. The gentleman immediately pulled my car into the bay, refilled the tire, diagnosed a hairline crack in the rim and sent me on my way to the dealership where the rim was under warrantee. I took a half hour off this man’s time and use of his facility and he would not accept payment! There are good people in this world. I’ll do everything in my power to pay it forward, but good karma runs through this shop!! Please use him any opportunity you get, I will do the same!!

ONLY place I go for service on my car..pulled in today to put air in my tire then noticed a nail in it pulled around front and in less than 3 minutes I was pulling away with my tire fixed...NOW THATS SERVICE! Also always tip your gas attendant..they are providing a service if you don't believe that then go pump your own gas!!!

I’ve been coming here 5-6 years. I was directed here one day by a longtime Revere resident who told me go see JT over there he’s the best he will take care of the car for a fair price. It’s been my go-to since. I needed my front brakes done quick on Monday morning and oil change and they had me in and out In an hour! The best around! It’s not even close! The mechanics are great and know what they’re doing. I lot of mechanics will try to squeeze you for double and triple what John’s price will be! Thank you guys as always! And of course…..RIP JT. Great place for mechanic repair and always cheap gas

Everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable. Service is friendly , convenient, fast, reliable and honest. They have served the community for years & I trust them anytime I need work done , for my inspection sticker & gas. Even after I moved out of the city I still go there !

Excellent service!! I brought my car in for an exhaust system and they were able to get it right in. The cost was approximately $200.00 less than two other local stations. The garage and office were very clean and the help was very professional. In addition, I filled up for $2.37 Per Gallon Full Serve!! Lowest prices around!!

Great Family owned business. Honest and great rates for repairs. My family has been going there since the early 80"s.

I don't usually give 5 stars but this gas station is awesome, the gas is cheap but good. The guy who pumps is always nice, maybe because I usually give him a 1$ tip but even the very few times I don't he is always nice, he has been there for years and the same people have owned it for years.

This place has the highest volume of customers out of any Gas Station/Shop I’ve seen in my lifetime. There isn’t a Malden or Revere resident that will deny that. As with any busy operation, it’s hard to please everyone when you’re turnover rate is that high....the respect and quality service far outweighs any inconvenience. I’m a barber and every now and then I get the people who aren’t happy with the price or the wait time...can’t please everyone! Only place I go is John’s and I live in Melrose 🤷🏻‍♂

I have been going there for a while now. They have done great work and not bad pricing. Mark has been a wonder in helping me with both the cars that I have owned. I would definitely recommend this place to people.

I love this place. I go to John's for gas because they are very well priced. I get my inspection stickersand vehicle services here as well. Very clean environment too
