I feel it's necessary to edit my review. After some hiccups during the holiday season, Amazon has really improved their game.
When they deliver now (normally spoiling me with next day delivery) they take a photo or knock on my door. I feel they've cured their problem, and I think it's only fair to reward that effort with a better review.

I've had a number of successful, acceptable deliveries, but no one really leaves positive reviews about mediocre experiences. In my case, I've had TWO dismal experiences this week.

First, the driver left my packages in a trash can at the bottom of my driveway. I was lucky to find them. To add insult to injury, the driver lied on their comments saying "handed directly to customer".

Second, a driver threw my package in a snow bank about 20 feet from my front porch. These drivers are parking their trucks on the side of the road and being lazy about walking all the way up driveways to deliver.

I just had a delivery by a man named Jose who works at the Holyoke Amazon as a driver. I will be calling to speak to a manager because this young man was the nicest driver I have ever had. He knocked on my door as he delivered to let us know a package was here...then when my daughter came out he waited to ask her to get her mom... when I came out he let me know that my car light was on and didn’t want my battery to die. It was 5:30pm and I’m sure he was ready to be done with the day.. but chose to wait to let us know. Thank you so much!

I had my packages delivered a day BEFORE I was expecting it to be there. The driver had made 2 trips through the snow to get my packages for me and he was determined to get the rest of the stops off his truck before he finished. I'll be ordering more with this kind of service

I like the personal delivery instead of the shipping companies. Just had a nice old couple drop off a package on time and even put it in a plastic bag because it was raining hard. I usually come home to a soaking wet box when it’s done by shipping companies. Having distribution close by is great.

I’m new here but so far it has been a great experience. There are lots of amazing and hard working people in this building! Bless to be part of the Amazon family!
