Emerald Isle Resort

We had an amazing time at this resort. There are updates that should be made to make the place more appealing, but other than that, Amazing. My family and I were there for a week and took full advantage of all of their family friendly amenities. They have a pool and jacuzzi, basketball and volleyball courts, tether ball, miniature golf, a fire pit, sauna, a giant battle ship board, and in the rec room a giant connect four, pool table, and ping pong table. The office has a nice room to relax in where you can’t check out books and movies, games, and different sports balls. There are kayaks and a paddle boat that sits 4, so much fun. The lake view was breathtaking. The area is full of life. Fish, turtles, ducks, geese…
We were able to eat at the amazing Mexican restaurant right next to the resort, I believe it’s called Jose’s, soooo good. Best part is you could walk to it. Kiara was the best! Everyone was super friendly, but she was our favorite.

This was our 4th year staying and and always have a great time! Our room was clean and well stocked. The pool is perfect. Staff was amazing! New paddle boat and kayaks!! The location is convenient to everything! We always enjoy but this year was even better!

Wonderful, well-equipped condos in great location with awesome amenities! We were extremely happy and comfortable during the entirety of our stay, the condo was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and couches. We loved that there was plenty of cookware in the kitchen so we did not have to eat out every meal! They have kayaks available, an amazing swimming pool that is open till 11:00 p.m., volleyball, basketball, tennis.. we'll be back!!

Really well kept property. Great amenities. They offer so many activities. Read somewhere that the rooms were dated. I don't feel that way at all. The front desk manager was super friendly. Took great care of us.

Everything you could want or need is within 5 miles. The rooms are fully stocked. The infinity pool is amazing. The staff is friendly. I would definitely go back because 3 days/2 nights just wasn't enough time to enjoy all the perks available.

This is a very nice resort for families. My family (and our dog) spent a long weekend there and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, mini golf and of course, the lake. Our room walked out to a patio overlooking the lake and was gorgeous. Not new, but well kept and clean. Staff was great. I'll definitely be back!

Maria in the office is great! Our unit was reserved thru airbnb and we had issues, but the resort itself was awesome and we would definitely stay again by booking directly through Emerald Isle!

Emerald isle Resort exceeded my/our expectations. My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary along with Our Brother and Sister in law. We all enjoyed the comfort and beauty of the Condo. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed the comforts and peace of the balcony. We chose to have our meals on the balcony because it was so tranquil and peaceful. Our only regret was that we did not book the room for a longer stay.

Our stay was awesome. It was four of us that stayed during the Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed all the amenities. Our condo was very clean. The location was wonderful. The staff was outstanding. Everything thing was great!! Thanks again for the fantastic stay!!

We rented four of the units for our families. Everything was awesome. All the amenities were great. All we needed was the food. Very close to everything. Our longest drive was to Chic Filet. Highly recommend this facility to anyone with small children and kids looking for close location to Hot Springs and surrounding attractions.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condos are right on Lake Hamilton. The pool is small but really nice. Close to everything in Hot Springs. Our condo was clean and comfortable. Only complaints I have were the jetted tubs in the condo didn't work and the wifi isn't very strong. Overall, a great place to stay in the area. Would recommend.

My husband and I had a weekend get away here and it was everything that we needed. Beautiful surroundings, comfortable & clean housing and easy access to restaurants and shops. Excellent customer service as well. We hope to bring our kids back to enjoy the pool and beach area.

Lovely condos on the lake. I appreciated we got one that had NO stairs. First and third floors have stairs!! The grounds are clean and well kept. I would recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. I went on a bachelorette trip and we had two rooms on the lake. Very clean and very quiet. I cannot wait to go back with my family. I have already recommends this place to so many people! I wish I was still there!!

We spent a week at Emerald Isle Resort. We were in Bldg 6. Even though Hot Springs has so much to do, we noted the Resort itself has many fun amenities too!.

Amenities include a beach area on Lake Hamilton which has a mini golf course, pickle ball, volley ball, & basketball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, paddle boats, and kayaks.

There is also a ping pong table and some exercise equipment underneath the office. We enjoyed the Kayaks on Lake Hamilton.

They also have a boat launch and dock, two row boats, AND a very nice Infinity Pool. There were several BBQ pavilions on the property too.

This resort is a gated community and the office gives you a parking permit and gate passcode for after 5pm.

We really enjoyed the sunrise & sunset views on Lake Hamilton from our balcony.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! We will stay again..

Definitely a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Lake Hamilton. The condos were very spacious and the resort had many ammenties. Pool, beach, kayaks, picnic areas, grills, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. Many things to do! Would definitely recommend as a must-stay spot in Hot Springs!

This place is amazing. The rooms had everything you needed. Perfect location. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. This will be my place to stay from now on out. It is a definite must. And the people, most importantly are friendly and just make you feel like you are home. I miss that bed, lol.

Wonderful staff! All you have to do is ask and they respond, get the job done and do with a most pleaseing attitude. Most enjoyable place I have ever stayed...FREE high-band internet....FREE pool, hot tub and pool table.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in building 6 and the sun rises on Lake Hamilton were amazing. The lake was about 20 ft from the back door. The condo was very clean. We would definitely return.

The room was everything, guest were nice and friendly... There celebrating The Tankshell's Anniversary, I will definitely be going back for my own. The view of Lake Hamilton walking up to such a calm view was everything.
