Awesome store with a very friendly welcoming staff that greets you as you walk in and also a kiosk that offers you beer and wine as you shop round the large store. Had lots of cute home decor items and a large clearance selection as well. Everything from farmhouse to seasonal items avaiable all with really good displays set up.

This was my first visit and I loved it. They were giving away complimentary wine and beer while you shopped which made the shopping there more bearable for boyfriend. Found lots of great ribbon and christmas decor. Can't wait to go back.

One of the most unique and delightful experiences you will have. . I have actually just visited there because it makes me happy. Holiday decorations galore! Beautiful furniture ! Extra friendly staff makes it a must stop when visiting Canton Trade Days or if you are within 900 miles . LOL! Awesome place !

We shopped at the Paul Michael set up at the Nutcracker at NRG- Joel assisted us and let me just tell you…. He was AMAZING and the best employee at any retail shop I have ever been to. He helped us pick out what we wanted and even held our bags from other places that we shopped while we looked around.

I come to Canton to visit my sister and for first Monday, and we always make time to shop at Paul Michael. There is such a large variety of country art. I always walk out of there with some sort of prize gem that I must have. Love it here!

On Oct 17 I ordered a set of candlesticks. $70. I was told be at their store in 1 week. After being left on hold, no return phone calls and told they were being shipped to my home (they never had my address!) 7 phone calls later and a serious case of the run around...i drove back and got my money back. I was originally told they were shipping from lake villages in Arkansas. Then told on 11/3 they were being shipped from Denton store. No such store. In last few weeks I spent nearly 1000. Let me say...i wont EVER do business with them again. Nor will my family or any of my friends. WORST customer service I have experienced anywhere

My daughter and I had a great time looking at everything. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Found what I have been looking for at a reasonable price. My new house in Georgia is going to look amazing with my new things.

We always stop in Paul.Michael and always come out with something, even if one time it was a white feathered owl for the "Harry Potter" wreath I was working on. Alot of the wreath supplies I get here. Best shopping around for higher quality items.

I discovered the little glo twinkle lights PM carries & just HAD to have them on one of my 5 trees this year!!!!! I ran over late last week & bought 10 boxes. Got home & they didn’t blink!!! I was very upset & frustrated but JARROD fixed It as fast as he could in his crazy busy schedule!!!!!! They are on the way & one of my trees will be the best ever this year. These lights are spectacular!!!!!! So is Jarrod!!!!!

The decor is very unusual! Christmas decor is fun! They have free bottled water while you shop! Service is fabulous!

Always Enjoy Paul Micheals. Although not able to get by and shop very often. I serve their Mail daily, no time to shop. I was able to get off early enough to Christmas shop this afternoon.

Great artistic decorating place. Two huge buildings with amazing one of a kind items. A have to stop in Canton. Free water and coffee.

Loved this store have been looking for a wreath for my wedding went home to Texas and was referred to the Canton store went in Saturday morning and they helped me put my idea together and was able to pick up Saturday afternoon!
