NDX Green Dental Laboratory

I've worked with many labs, and Green Dental Lab is probably the most consistent. I especially like them for crowns and bridges. They always work with me if there are issues. I, in turn, take ownership with a patient if something doesn't go exactly right. I'm able to do great work with their help, and they in turn provide great service. They have a difficult field, and they do it well.

Worked with this lab to solve seating issues on crown and bridge. With the advent of a scanner, we have had very limited seating issues and the work is very nice. The cosmetic cases look great and they can offer custom onsite staining when needed which is a huge help.

This is my absolute favorite lab to work with. They are always very pleasant when I call and they do great work!! Highly recommend

I had bottom partial made. I don't know if they had a bad impression to work with, but they had to have so much filing and sanding done, before they could sit in my mouth. They were so big , I could use a large amount of glue to allow me to eat half a meal, before the glue came loose.
The metal clasps were not even close to the tooth to clasp it around. Food just got under and between it and the tooth.
They broke at point of the metal clasp, so I took them to my dentist, they made another and better impression of my mouth, and I was hoping they would make a better fitting partial this time.
I did request no clasp.
My upper partial (from different lab) doesn't have a metal clasp, but it's made to surround the tooth that it connects to.
Greens lab just glued the old partial together, at least they left off the metal clasp, but now there is a gap between partial and own tooth. I can't use the partial.
I will take it to a different dental lab and hopefully, they can fix it so I can wear it.
I'm really disappointed that I spent so much money on something that I can't use.
I have family working there, but not in the denture lab.
I came from out of state, for this lab to make my partial.

my dentist is in memphis tn. i live in heber springs arkansas where green lab is located, so we used them to save me 300 miles of driving, they recieved my molds on 1-5-2023 i called 1-10-23 to check on my lower partial the lady did not like talking to me because im not a doctor so she checked with the tech and comes back and says the 18th, and Im not supposed to call up there and the tech didnt like it. so i checked back on the 18th and had my dentist call now they say its the 22nd 18days later! so i called on the 22nd and they are clearly upset they said they would call me when its ready, i havent been able to eat solid food for 18days! so she calls and says its ready and i go pick it up! they ruined my lower bridge on purpose , you can clearly see where the tech took his or her thumbs and push the back of the bride together and absolutely ruiend it !!!!! im a senior citizen and i love all my brothers and sisters in the world. to do me this way takes a really black heart!!!! im going to memphis 1-24-2024 @ 11:30 pm to address this with my dentist he has a extra set of molds he made when i was there on the 1-4-23 . this place should be shut down ! there is always someone watching us and you will be made to pay for what was done to me. My dentist stopped using green dental labs years ago because the work is bottom shelf! the only reason green labs got the job was because of me and then you do this to me out of spite! You made my uppers a few years back and everyone was so nice but not this time! they ruined my bridge on purpose! it would not even fit in a 5yr olds mouth! i call FOUL!! God Bless!! so i took the lower partial to my dentist in memphis on 2-24-2024 the partial was so ruined that it is absolutly unuseable! it went in the garbage bin ! my dentist said it was the worst he has ever seen! dont worry i have an appointment tuesday jan 30th do go back to memphis and have new molds made up and we will use my dentist Dr Dan Eason, DDS Lab over there. this has caused me a great hardship but that is axactually what they were trying to do! what goes around comes around! you will get yours!!

This has to be the absolute worst dental lab in the world. I had three implants put in in December 2020. Had to wait Six months for the healing process which is normal before the dental work to be started. The first bridge that came back from green dental labs was to yellow. It wasn’t the color that the dental technician and I picked out. We sent it back. The second time we requested chairside so they could see in person the issues we were having with it. It appeared the color had not been changed. In addition to that there were other issues with it that we’re not pleasing. It showed the embankment on the right side of my teeth, that tooth was much lower than the coordinating tooth on the left side and just look terrible. We sent it back again. The third time we requested chairside again. This time, it looked good. We could have used it if the chairside hadn’t broken it installing it. Every time we had to send it back to the lab was an additional 2 to 3 weeks that we had to wait to get it in. And another day that I had to go in for an appointment. The fourth time my dentist received the bridge it was perfect and would have been installed had a lab sent the correct screw for the embankment. This was supposed to be a simple fix and they were going to be back in the office the next two days so I dentist was going to have them bring screws with them and I was to go in on Thursday, two days later. However the lab did not bring any screws. So now I’m going to have to wait over the weekend, at least another three days if I’m lucky I might get it installed on Monday. However my dentist told me that the lab said they would need to look at it again and evaluate it before they could send it. This makes absolutely no sense because the issue is the screw that goes into the embankment in my mouth. And they don’t have that whole in their lab. I have been incredibly patient to this whole process. My dentist office has praised me more than once on my patients. But it has run out. I would not recommend this lab to anyone and it should be shut down. I told my dentist that it appears that they cannot deliver on the product and we need to start looking into other options. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I am lucky enough to actually get the bridge installed the next visit that will be five visits that I will have had to of made to my dentist for this process. Not counting the previous visits just for impressions and getting the ball rolling.

I got dental implants and dentures in 2018 and have had several issues with the top denture. Teeth breaking off. This year alone I am on my 3rd of 4th time of having to send them in to be repaired. I am so over it. I was eating french fries when one of my front teeth popped off and then I was finishing eating my fries when the second tooth snapped off. I wasn't aware when I paid thousands of dollars for these dentures that I would need to be on a liquid diet the rest of my life so, my teeth would remain intact. This is so frustrating and draining on my mental health. I work with the public and I can't call out of work just because I don't have my teeth. This is humiliating. I feel like there should be some kind of legal recourse for shoddy workmanship or at the very least they should pay for another top set to be made so, at least I have a spare set to use when I have to send the other one in for repair and they should have to pay my dentist cost as well. Ridiculous lab, and nothing they can do to fix it, so they just abuse the system and insurance frauds, been dealing with since September 2021 every 2 to 3 weeks and still can't get right and when you do like something they screw it all up and totally different set ... and they can't speak to us only the dentist office..

plastic vampire teeth would fit better and you could eat better with them too
