Wish I could give more stars!! They had just had a big order and we had to wait about 17 minutes for fresh, hot chicken and sides BUT the 2 ladies we got to chat with working there were the most pleasant and courteous I’ve ever seen!! Very polite, explained why we would have to wait, offered us a free drink for having to wait and made the wait pleasant! I’d much rather wait to have good conversation and a fresh hot meal than get rushed, possibly under cooked food. I would definitely give more stars if I could!! Whoever was working this evening deserves a raise!

I was in complete shock at how clean this establishment was. The staff was courteous, the food was fresh and tasty. I used to would have recommended a garbage dumpster above this KFC. They have really changed things around here and will most certainly be back. Well

Just ordered a large order of slaw, some of the best slaw available in the area. Can’t speak for there chicken. Service was find no complaints there, didn’t go inside the restaurant I used the drive thru.

Kelsey at the Heber Springs KFC did an amazing job. Her customer service was impeccable even though we had an issue with online ordering.
The whole team was great and got our food to us in a timely manner.

Decided to give it a shot after reading all the reviews. Was in a hurry so decided to go thru the drive thru. Placed my order and paid and drove home about 30 min away. Got food out to eat 2 hours later, EVERYTHING i ordered was there.... food was excellent, no complaints other than the price. Got plenty if silverware, butter packets, honey packets, it was good. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a fantastic dining experience. Michael and Kaden made the evening fun and deserve a raise! The food was delicious and served quickly and accurately.

Great service and food. The staff was friendly and super helpful. I brought my grandkids in to eat dinner and the staff was super understanding while I was trying to figure out what to order.

Recently Remodeled. Looks nice! Friendly young male employee took our order.( sorry I don't remember his name - dark hair and positive, friendly personality!) Was a pleasure having him take and fill our order. Dinner was the best we've had from this location! Thanks!😊

They are the best service I have ever been with.

The buffet wasn't stocked fully and this was at lunch time when each container should be filled and with alot of variety all around the buffet bar. The employees we're loudly complaining and all were extremely lacking at their paid jobs. The food was good once there was enough on the buffet to get.

A few months ago I told myself I would never eat there again. I heard they fired all the staff and did a major clean up so went to eat at the buffet one day. I work about a block away and now I eat there almost every day for lunch buffet. If you have experienced bad service or bad food it was a thing of the past. Great job KFC!

This place has received too many bad reviews. I am glad I ignored them and ate there for lunch anyway. The employees were very nice, the meal was fresh, and I received my order quickly. They will definitely be seeing me again.

This place has really improved.. I use to hate coming here years ago !! Now the people are nice.. and food is nice and fresh!

I love KFC you can never go wrong with chicken. However their original recipe isn't what it use to be. It's really soggy, so I suggest extra crispy chicken because it's perfectly cooked.....

It's been a long time since I've had some KFC. I was very happy with it.

2 years ago I hated the KFC in heber springs Arkansas it was messy, bad service, bad food they have done some renovations and now have great chicken and beautiful restaurant and great service. Great job and that's why I changed my review.

Great friendly, fast service. Fresh, hot food at this location and a full belly. It doesn’t get any better for fast food.

A little disappointed they took away the all you can eat but service was really good the last time we went and it looks much nicer since the remodel
