I appreciate the team at Bike Shop Joe's! We purchased our electric bikes from Bike Shop Joe's and we service them at the same location. We recently had a situation with one of our bikes and I needed it to be resolved prior to making a trip to Florida with the bikes. The guys at Bike Shop Joe's diagnosed the issue, ordered and installed the parts in plenty of time for my wife and I to make our trip to Florida with them. You guys are always great and I appreciate the service and attention you give to me each time I come in! It will always keep me coming back and telling others about your location!

We recently sought out a bike shop to purchase a new bike and have an old one serviced. I had not heard of Joe's, but it appeared to be locally owned and close to us. Everyone that we interacted with was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Even though we are not hardcore cyclists, we were treated with the same level of care and attention as the other customers who were obviously cycling enthusiasts. They had a bike in stock that met our needs. Before purchasing it, they did a quick inspection to make sure that everything was moving as it should. The purchase went smoothly, we were able to get the kind of bike that would fit our lifestyle, and have been enjoying it since.

After the purchase, I scheduled a service for my older bike that had been sitting in the garage for a few years. When I brought the bike in for the appointment, we quickly reviewed some items that I knew needed attention. Even though the individual items that needed to be addressed were very reasonably priced, I was expecting a much larger bill than I ended up getting. I was truly only charged for the work that was done. This seems like it would be the expectation at any bike shop, but it has not been my experience at any others.

They have always been so helpful and willing to provide a wealth of information regarding anything bicycle related. You can tell that Joe and Alex both have a real passion for cycling and it makes me more excited to ride anytime I visit. They were instrumental in me finding my first full suspension MTB and I will be returning to further pick their brains and to buy more gear!

Everybody loves Joe and the crew! I’ve bought all my bikes from him and it has been such a positive experience each time. I come to him for recommendations and advice, and the answers are never self-seeking. He’s authentic, open, and excellent to his customers.

Joe’s Bike Shop is so great! Joe is knowledgeable and detailed in his work, and never overselling anything. He helped me get my son’s bike ready for bike camp, and helped troubleshoot some problems. Great customer service and super fast! Highly recommend!!

Great experience with Bike Shop Joe’s. We moved here from Florida. When we got here my wife’s brakes ( front & rear) no longer were working correctly. It’s not like the old days where you could pull a cable tight and they worked again. They bled the breaks and they work great again. We have a Mokwheel and they do not sell them but they do service any type of bike. Our experience with other bike shops especially in Florida, if they don’t sell them they won’t work on them. Not here, they took it in right away and had it back quickly.

I've gotten my bike tuned once and went in for another issue a few weeks later that I couldn't figure out (new to the game). Both times I was met with the highest level of professionalism, intentionality, and care even with their busy schedules. The second time I stopped by they took a few minutes to look at my issue even though they were slammed. I definitely recommend Joe's to anyone needing anything bike related.

Best bike shop in NWA. I can be very exacting and finicky when I get service work done, especially on my bike. The staff at Bike Shop Joe's always meets my needs. They do excellent work and are true professionals. Highly, highly recommend.

Joe and the crew were great! Very helpful getting me set up on my new bike. Even gave me loaner tires to ride on till my tires came in. Need a bike or service definitely check this shop out!

Favorite bike shop in town. These guys helped me find the perfect beginner bike, get it trail-ready, and do a quick repair on it after the first ride. They’re super friendly and they know their stuff. Absolutely fantastic shop.

Found Bike Shop Joes a few months ago and have shopped here several times since. Joe is thorough and caring with every customer, and he has helped me find more affordable ways to keep my bikes on the gravel/trail. This has become my go to shop!

Absolutely amazing experience at this shop! My buddy’s free-hub body gave up on the last day of our trip. Joe was able to get him back on the trail in no time at a cost that was unbelievably low. There are not many bike shops like this anymore. You can tell that just loves the sport & enjoys helping others keep riding!

I love supporting local business owners, especially when they provide OUTSTANDING customer service and are kind and patient with newbies with bike riding like our family is. We went in not knowing anything and left with two nice Mountain bikes and a vehicle bike rack that Joe the owner installed and showed us how to operate. It was a great overall experience and plan on returning to buy an additional Mountain bike here. From the knowledge of their friendly staff to Joe, I have no doubt you will be pleased, and this business lives up to their 5-star reviews.

Joe is terrific. I set up a time to drop off the bike and less than 24 hours later, my brakes were fixed and my bike was ready to be picked up. Maybe more impressively, I said that I'd appreciate him looking the bike over and telling me if anything else needed adjusting -- and he reported that everything looked fine. That he didn't find other things to fix and charge me for makes me trust him all the more. Highly recommended.

The staff's knowledge and enthusiasm makes me feel right at home and the personalized service and attention to detail is exceptional. I highly recommend this shop for an unforgettable experience.
