Came in with an unridable bike. They fixed it up and we were back out on the trail within 20 minutes. Thanks Bentonville Bicycle for getting us back out there so we didn’t have to miss a day of riding. Also, they have the a friendly staff and great merchandise!

Great bike shop! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Was looking for a new tire and they actually just got a shipment in and went through the boxes to find the right tire. Definitely above and beyond.

Best bike shop around. Supports the home mechanic impeccably. They go above and beyond , going into their miscellaneous boxes to help find oddball parts, to opening their doors early. Great customer service feels good.

Had a rock slash a tire on my bike. The shop was able to replace my tire. I appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on a new tire. The turnaround time was within a few hours. Will definitely come back when I need my bike serviced.

No need to take your bike anywhere else but here! Bill and Trey took care of me and fixed my bike even tho they were very busy. That’s not the case at some of the other bike shops. I was very appreciative for their help and I will always go to the Bentonville Bike Shop!! Plus they’re pretty cool and nice!!! Thanks again!!

Best bike shop in the area! Staff is helpful and friendly. Prices for bike repairs are affordable. They went above and beyond to make sure my son was well equipped for the varying trails. All around top notch!

I've been to several of the bike shops in Bentonville. We are fortunate to have a lot of great ones. However, I'd say the people here are friendlier than other shops. Great place to go for repairs. I hung out while they fixed my tire. Great guys to talk to. As they fixed my tire, they spotted a couple other little things to fix real quick and they didn't charge me for these extras. Awesome customer service! They have a lot of local clothing if you need a cool shirt to remember your time in Bentonville. Of all the shops, this one has the best location. Not far from Coler or Slaughter Pen and no problem getting a parking spot.

Brought my wife’s bike in for a tire repair. Service was fast and most importantly friendly. The next day we broke a pedal on the same bike and we returned literally within 24 hours and received fast and friendly service from the same gentleman from the previous day. I will be back anytime I need a repair or a new bike because of the excellent service I received from him. Thank you and keep up the great work young man!!! These guys are great, incredibly fast bike mechanic service. Some of the best bike mechanics around. They have an tons of cool bikes and Gear. I even had them upgrade my front fork , Bike is Riding like New.

Best shop in town. Bill and the crew were extremely welcoming and helped us make sure we made the best decision on a new bike. Quick to share trail recommendations and mechanical knowledge, these guys made our trip to Bentonville way easier.

Wife broke a derailleur this Saturday while we were in B Ville travelling. Just 1 cog broke, and I figured it'd need to buy a new set. We rode into town on our other bikes and the guys pulled a spare parts box out and we found one that worked right away, and we were all set. Great services, and great team.

Amazing. Ordered a new Electric Bike company Model J through them. They have an amazing kiosk in store where you can customize your bike!

Staff are super helpful and dialed in on any question you may have. They also have unique inventory beyond bikes, like water bottles etc..

We went to Bentonville Bicycle Bought Bike for my wife there recently and she loves it. They took the time to go through several options and seat adjustments to make sure it was the right choice and more importantly the right fit. On another visit there they were able to take one of my kids bikes and do a quick gear adjustment for us so we could continue ride that same day. They had lots of bikes that were being serviced but they still found a few minutes to do a quick adjustment so we could keep going until we could come in for a tune up. This store is great! Check them out they will take care of you. They have great staff that aren't there just selling bikes but also have a passion for biking themselves.

Dropped in after a SAG from the trail due to sealant breaking down and losing air. The staff addressed the issue and had me back out the door with my bike within 30 minutes. Bill and his crew are top notch.

These guys are the real deal! I was in a pinch for a repair while visiting here. I really didn't think anyone in town would have the part I needed and be able to work on a Sunday afternoon... Despite them being slammed with walk-in's, they were able to squeeze me in, had the part I needed and even helped explain the root cause of my failure.... all above and beyond!!! THANK YOU!!! I'll be back!

This shop is great, theyve helped me get my bike fixed and even let me dig through the parts bin to get back on the trails! My favorite shop in nwa!!

Stopped in on our first trip to Bentonville. We were greeted immediately and welcomed in. The person working the counter was very friendly and offered great advice for our family mtb biking trip. We will definitely use this shop for any needs while in the area!

Absolutely love this shop in Bentonville! The staff is so nice, and the shop has everything you need, even really cute water bottles and socks branded with their logo! A great way to remember the trip.
