It was a good experience, I was immediately asked if I needed assistance with anything, I had found the sea foam and funnel he helped me find conveniently near thatI came to purchase. But then remembered I needed to get some good windshield wipers for winter.. the man helping me went above and beyond to try and help me find the kind I wanted but unfortunately the store didn't have enough in stock. He apologized and let me know he could have it there by tomorrow but I let him know I was from out of town and not to worry. Great store always has been.

Went to go get my battery changed, having no thought of how much it would leave an impression on my day, JW helped install my battery and was flipping on and off my truck rushing around helping everyone as much as he could, truly a wholesome and REAL guy he told me he just wants everyone to be happy and wanted all customers treated the same. JW deserves more than just a raise. I WILL BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER! Thank you for making my day JW!

Around 6-8 weeks ago I went into Warsaw autozone stuck below my luck. I had everything ready for a 3000 mile drive I would soon endure a couple days later and my jeep seemingly broke down, leaving me stranded in warsaw. I limped it to autozone, had a mechanic friend meet me there, and to no avail sat for close to an hour. Many times on our countless trips inside we were met by J.W. each time asking if we’d made any luck, and if we needed any help, and we continued to turn him down. Finally, stuck with no other options we went inside to find J.W. He was as willing as ever to step out and give us his best shot. Within 5 minutes he determined 2 20 amp resistors had to have gone bad. Nothing read on the sensor, but he was sure of it. He offered to buy the couple dollar part if it didn’t work, and to my suprise it started my jeep right up! He sent me to the next available parts store in town to retrieve my second resistor. Here I am 8 weeks and close to 7000 miles later, not one visit to a shop. J.W. Really saved us countless hours of heartache and potential thousands as the problem didn’t show up on any scanner from inside the store!! Can’t beat that! Even today, taking my friend in the store, J.W. Found him the best oil filter at the best price within his budget! I’ll always shop with autozone as long as J.W. Is there to help!

These guys are the best! We had a couples guys and a lady that helped my son and I with a battery issue. Everyone was knowledgeable and willing to help. I’m totally clueless about auto stuff and they were so helpful and patient! They got us all set!

Incredibly friendly staff! Korina (totally forget if that is how her name is spelled) helped me replace my dying battery and identified the right antifreeze for my car.

Great store and friendly employees. Phil came out while I was searching for my wiperblades and he took me right to them bypassing me looking them up in the book. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate that kind of service. You dont get that everywhere now days.

The crew at this AutoZone was Top Notch. I had a brake lock up on me while I was driving down the road and luckily they had the part I needed in stock. The assistant store manager Beth and two gentlemen Joshua and JW took time out of their day and checked on me a couple times while I was waiting for help to arrive. Beth when her shift ended came out and just happened to have the tools I needed to get the caliper switched out. This Crew does a great Justice to AutoZone and I am extremely grateful to all of them for helping a traveler in need.

I purchased windshield wipers and the associate who checked me out asked if I knew how to change them. When I told him that I was planning on watching a video, he insisted that he could change them for me. He was able to do it in 2 seconds! I could not thank him enough. I did not get his name, but I just want that associate to know how much I appreciate his great customer service!

There is a guy here that knows every single windshield wiper design. You arent gonna figure out how to put your wiper blade on without him. Great customer service all around.

This is always a great experience! The manager is amazing and the staff is always helpful. They don't waste your time, and if the associate helping you doesn't have the answer or understand what you need they get from someone who does. I like that when you go in to buy a part they make aware of additional items you might need. 👍👍👍

This review is long overdue. We were visiting Warsaw from out of town over the summer when we had issues with our truck. Jamie from this store went out of his way to help us get our truck back on the road. We had over 650 miles to drive to get home and he really went above and beyond to help us. Kim was also very helpful. Thank you both for all of your help. We will pay it forward!

I just got into Indiana from California and found out my headlight was out. I stopped into AutoZone not having a clue what I was looking for. Grayden D. Not only helped me with what I needed but he installed it as well. Her also told new about the area and was just super helpful and friendly. I honestly have never experienced such great customer service!

Was super helpful needed a couple screws and my license plate changed. I just wanted to borrow the tool. The guy however just took care of it for me. I didn't have to ask. That's true customer service.
