For a jewelery store in the mall, I didn’t expect much. But when I went in there, the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Nina. She was absolutely incredible. Helped my fiance and I find our wedding bands and was super patient with us. She also helped us find the best discount. Me and my finance love the rings and would definitely recommend.

Walking into Helzberg I felt welcomed, the store was beautiful with a ton to choose from. The manager helped me and was very sweet and knowledgeable. I love coming to this location for the service I get while I’m there.

I went into the store recently, it’s such a beautiful store very elegant, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and was immediately satisfied with all my needs. Managers were so well rounded and professional, I will not go to another jewelry store. Prices, qualities and styles are all top tier.

I walked into Roger and Hollands to get some jewelry cleaned. I was turned away and told they don't clean jewelry. I went to Helzburg diamonds and was greeted immediately. They didn't hesitate to clean my rings and necklace. Thank you Zach and Angel

The staff was very friendly and helpful picking out bands to go with my original wedding rings. They cleaned my other rings while I shopped. They also helped my mom find a ring and pendant chain. Highly recommend them.

Sabrina was amazing! She was such a great help with helping my husband and I pick out a new wedding band for him!

Nina and the other associates (costella and Devan) were incredibly helpful in me and my boyfriend’s engagement ring shopping experience. Even through the hiccups of ordering a custom ring, they handled every step of the way with ease. We felt cared for and appreciated through the whole process!
