Nothing but praise for Ben Davis. This past Friday I had the opportunity to work with Steve again on purchasing my 5th vehicle in 2 Years from him. He did great job finding vehicles that fit my criteria. After Steve got everything worked out I worked with Austin in financing and he was great. He made the paperwork side easy and fast. Explained all of the extra options available. I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait for the next time I need a vehicle. Thank you!!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Ben Davis Chevrolet & all of their employees. Starting with the sales team, Matt McClain & Jesse the sales manager for the great buying experience, but it didn’t stop there. I had an issue with my bumper and they both jumped on board to assist in having it replaced. Then to the service team who were very friendly & took great care of me! You guys are GREAT!!

Leon was my sales person, and he was excellent. He kept me informed each step of the way but was not pushy. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and went out of their way to be sure we had all the information we needed to make a good decision. I would definitely recommend working with Leon and Ben Davis Chevrolet to my friends and family.

This is the second time that I have bought a vehicle at Ben Davis. While their location is about 170 miles away from our home, their prices and sales/financing staff have been superb and well worth driving past the competition. If you are in the market for a vehicle I would recommend expanding your search to make sure you are seeing what Ben Davis has to offer!

While I didn’t experience the sales side I’m here to give a huge shout out to the body shop. I have a Honda Civic (that was heavily hail damaged) and the fact it was a Honda didn’t stop Rob and his team from treating me like family. Rob was incredibly polite, worked with my insurance company and got all my hail damage removed. The distributor sent the wrong final plastic trim piece to finish the car two times, and Rob apologized profusely, and I told him “it’s not your fault, really it’s alright I’ll just come back”. Rob took it like it was his own mistake (which it obviously wasn’t as the box it came in was mislabeled) and that’s how seriously he takes his job despite something like that being totally out of his control. Top-notch work and friendliness is a wonderful thing to have when you’re dealing with the stress of your first insurance claim. Thanks Rob!

I bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here in March. My salesman was Mike Varney and he was very pleasant to work with. He was very upfront with me over the phone about the condition of the vehicle, what did and did not work, and the status of the vehicle while it was at a Jeep garage. The only thing that didn't work was the front parking sensors. He offered me a deal for $1k off the asking price since those didn't work, and I didn't even ask. He knew I was coming far from Toledo so he held it for me since I could only visit on a Saturday and someone else was interested. He put the vehicle in the garage to get it warmed up for when I got there. Not pushy at all, made me feel comfortable, and even made sure to help with the coffee machine. Everyone was very friendly. A big help was they were able to take a personal check as long as they could verify the amount in my bank account so I didn't have to deal with a cashier's check. The vehicle was cleaned and fueled up after I signed. Very smooth process, no complaints, would definitely recommend.

Very happy with my purchase! Leon was my sales guy, he was very personable and recommended me other options considering my first choice got sold already. Was treated like a long time friend throughout the process and also accommodating with my preferred form of contact being text considering my work schedule. He even managed to get me a ride so I could make the purchase of the vehicle! Car is used but basically brand new with low mileage. I never really write reviews but my guy Leon was deserving of it. I highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend dealing with Ben Davis Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase, specifically ask for Toni Bone. He went above and beyond to work with us in a very professional and timely manner. We live 5+ hours away, so not the easiest thing to decide whether to come see a vehicle. Toni went out in the rain and took 3 different videos for us to see the outside, inside, and detailed features of the vehicle. That made all the difference. He had everything ready to go when we got there, we were in and out, and made the 5+ hour trip home very enjoyable.

My salesperson Tim was wonderful to work with Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he took all the time I needed and fully explain the rig in the walkthrough. I initially conversed via email when I saw it online for sale I put a deposit on it site unseen when I showed up there were no surprises it was everything he said it was. I would do business with him again

We went to Ben Davis Chevrolet and before I could get out of my car I was greeted by Matt McClain. My wife and I went here knowing exactly what were wanted to do and Matt followed our lead without pushing anything on us. He was very personably and his customer service skills are top notch. We were greeted by two lovely ladies when we pulled our vehicle into the service area. The service rep. filled out our service forms for what I was having done on my truck. The vehicle was serviced in the time that we were told it would be done. I also appreciated the complimentary vehicle wash. This is a nice place to do business.

Matt McClain was very helpful from start to finish. He didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want and he went out of his way to make sure my vehicle arrived. 5 stars, go see Matt if your interested in a car!

Had my vehicle towed in with a broken axle. It was good for the first two weeks after they "fixed " it. Now I have a grinding noise coming from the same spot when I go over 30 mph. I'm guessing wheel bearing which should have been replaced when the axle broke. Not happy at all

My car is under warranty but it died and needed a new engine. Because of part shortages I had a wait but I had a loaner car to drive so it was not a problem. I picked my car up and it is driving fine. The staff was friendly and helpful anytime I had a question.

Allison was very nice to us. We are older and we don’t move very fast and we appreciate that she was aware of that.

We purchased my suburban at Ben Davis Ford. Easy to do business with. Nice friendly staff. If a recall is on my vehicle, they do an excellent job in repairing it.
