I love Fort Wayne Custom Rx! They have really good smelling soap and cute hair clips. Right now they have pumpkin spice popcorn that’s so good!!!!

Wowwww!!! Austin gave us amazing customer service!!! The pharmacy was about to close and I NEEDED my script ASAP as we were leaving town for 2 weeks the next day. My husband was on his way to get it but he was going to be 5-7 minutes late. Austin offered to take my payment over the phone and wait for him. He even called me back, at home, to ask me to call my husband and let him know that the lights to the pharmacy were off but to let him know he was waiting for him!!! He greeted him at the door!!! We were very impressed at his willingness to help. You just do not get that service these days! Everyone there is always available to answer any questions and concerns. I’ll never go anywhere else but Fort Wayne Custom RX for my compounded prescriptions!!!

I absolutely LOVE Fort Wayne Custom RX! I have been getting custom prescriptions filled for several years. The pharmacists are kind and knowledgeable about ALL medications. They are always open to questions and suggestions for supplements. The supplements are the highest quality with no fillers. The staff is amazing. Customer service is excellent. I like that I can communicate with them through the RX app, if I am unavailable to call. Fort Wayne Custom RX feels like family and I appreciate all of them. I must say that Austin has never met a stranger! You will know what I mean when you meet him.

Custom RX has been great. They have raised the bar for what a customer should expect in their personal experience with a pharmacy. Not only are they a specialist in the medications they offer, but the individual personalized service can’t be matched. When my wife needed progesterone injections during her pregnancy, I was uneasy with my ability to administer the injections. Austin really put me at ease and explained everything in a very detailed, yet easy to understand manner. I really felt he dealt with me as if I was his own family. Can’t say enough good things about Custom RX and their staff.

Custom RX is the best pharmacy! Everyone is very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. They have a great line of vitamins/supplements and lots of different products you can’t find at the big chain stores. They treat you like a person and don’t make you feel like an inconvenience or rushed. Definitely check them out if you are looking to support local.

Really cool store. I wish they had something like this in Chicago! An eclectic mix of goodies. Was particularly impressed by the Creatine selection and proteins available. A must visit if you want to get an wellness edge!

Ft Wayne Custom Rx has the best customer service around! Not only are they kind, friendly, and professional, but they go out of their way to point out any changes, even before I notice them! Ft Wayne Custom Rx was especially helpful this week when they detected a change in what my doctor had been prescribing. They texted me, asking if the new pill was what I wanted. It wasn’t. I was able to clear up the mistake with the doc’s office and pick up exactly what I needed in one quick stop from Custom Rx. When I arrived, the pharmacist let me know that my compounded medication had a new look, but was exactly the same compound that I had been taking all along.
