I went in not expecting anymore than other bra stores. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and assistance I received with my bra fitting! Tamela and the lady that assisted with fitting were phenomenal!!

I went in last night to find a strapless bra for my wedding and a new "everyday comfortable bra". I recently had a baby and my bra was way to big for me and others I tried didn't fit properly and I had been unable to figure out my size.. I wish I could remember the name of the girl working because she was absolutely wonderful! Very welcoming she took me right in measured me brought me some bras to try on and made sure they fit properly. I was out of the store in about 20 minutes with two new bras. I will definitely be back for more in the future!

Decided to pamper my lovely wife, who lost over 60 lbs, and was is sore need of new brassieres. In my opinion, this place ranks Best Customer Service for clothing stores in Fort Wayne. The two ladies (I wish I had written down their names) who helped us were AWESOME. They were very courteous customer centric reps and NOT pushy sales clerks at all. They took the time to measure her to find her correct new band and cup size. They never tried to upsell us. They simply made excellent suggestions and helped my wife navigate her options to find the garments that fit and felt the best for her. Their prices are reasonable and the 25% off sale today didn't hurt our pocketbook either. I would definitely recommend this place to every women looking to buy not only good quality undergarments but cool comfortable sleepwear and beautiful trendy outerwear. Thanks ladies for a job well done. My wife can't stop sharing about her positive experience with all our daughters and their friends. You have made a repeat customer for life. GO SOMA!!!

It’s been a long time since I have received such attentive and awesome in store customer service! I can’t stand bra shopping and the ladies that worked today made my experience seamless and quick. I was able to get a proper bra fitting and was offered several options until I found one that I felt great in. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for my intimates.

I had a great experience shopping at Soma. All of the sales people were friendly and so willing to take all the time needed to help me find the best fit. Mary helped me the most and was so kind. I am so happy with my new bras, great quality, great fit. They have fabulous sales too!

Anola is absolutely wonderful. I haven't bought a bra in years, and I have a strange size. She helped me so much with the fit and finding a style that worked for me. She's very patient and kind. Left the shop in tears, because I was so happy with my experience. I definitely recommend! (VS doesn't carry large cup/small band sizes, so if you're like me, please check this shop out. I'm a 36H, I hope this helps someone.)

The employee Rachel there were so mindful and caring! For almost about a hour, Rachel was so welcoming and mindful of me! From first moment to the end of the day, I felt very welcomed to talk about any struggles or ask for any different bras to look for the perfect bra for me.

The dressing rooms were in a curtained hallways. The individual dressing room doors each have a curtain so that the employee can hand a product through a little gap rather than opening the door. The employees will go by every once in a while to ask you for any service of help they can provide.

The packing of the bras are very nice too! The packing makes the experience feel it’s a joyful moment rather than a shameful walk in and out of the store.

The average price of the bras ranged from $36-54. There are BOGO 50% off and clearance items that made certain bra prices $20-40.

When I returned two products for a lower price range of products, Carole and Anola were very helpful to not make the experience any different.

The employees immediately offer product type and size switching rather than measuring. There is a measuring tape near the entrance of the fitting rooms. If asked for a professional measurement, then I believe it will be offered.

I highly suggest the store to anyone from someone exploring to knowing the expected size and product. Especially with the employee help, the prices are all worth it!

Anola made me feel so comfortable and helped me find 3 wonderful bras that I can use now that I’m pregnant. She was patient and helpful with all my questions!! So grateful for the experience!

Had to find a bra last minute for my daughter's Prom. It's hard to find a bra that fits her. Thank you so much for your help! She was fitted and the staff were so patient with her! We got a great bra that works with her dress!

i just recently came out as trans recently and stopped by with a few friends of mine. staff was super cool about everything and invited me to try on a few different bras i was looking at and i ended up taking advantage of their bogo half off deal!! would highly recommend if you want to spend a bit more on a comfy bra

As someone who has gained a little weight and realized her bras no longer fit, I was at my wit’s end. I’d spent so long online trying to figure out my size and measure myself and spent time in various fitting rooms with trial and error, and still had no good bras. I noticed Soma, went inside, and the salesperson took me straight back, measured me, and showed me bras of various styles. Once I put them on, she would say things like, “You see this gap? It means you’re not supported enough. Let’s try this size” or “It’s okay if the two bras you’ve picked out are different sizes because the style is different.”

I went out with some friends (in a strapless bra, no less) and felt no discomfort whatsoever! A bra that fits can work wonders, and the friendly people at Soma helped me find bras that fit! The bras are a bit more pricey, but worth the investment, in my opinion. Step away from your tape measure and have the ladies at Soma help you out!
