I work in the warehouse. It is an excellent experience. The work is easy and the people are nice.

I get completely annoyed by the trunk keeper ordeal. The emails, or having to hunt down a trunk keeper. Why offer trunk keepers commission when they are not who we follow..

Lady on the phone was rude to my wife after $283.00 was left pending in her bank account for items that were not in stock. Told her the charges would probably drop off by the end of the week. The clothing is nice but the customer service isn’t up to par.

Ordered 8 items and double checked my order. Two sweat shirts with matching skirts, 2 shirts with matching pants. Instead of receiving 2 shirts I received 4 pairs of pants and now I can’t even get a hold of them after multiple attempts and I’m guessing they don’t really care since they’re going under.
