We recently purchased a car for our daughter from Jeff at Auto World. The experience was great! He was not pushy and sold us a great car at an affordable price. Unforeseen problems arose within two days of purchase. This caught everyone off guard as the car showed no signs of a problem. Jeff got the car back into his shop immediately and completely took care of the issue. We did not pay a dime thanks to the given warranty, and Auto World’s willingness to take care of the rest. They are good honest people. I highly recommend them!

From inquiring, inspecting, trading and buying, our experience with Jeff at The Auto World, was refreshing! No pressure sales and easy to work with; while operating under high Christian ethical standards, he was knowledgeable, honest and up front in his communication about the vehicles. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Jeff and I definitely recommend The Auto World to anyone who likes or dreads car shopping!

Where do I begin.... Jeff and his crew are top notch! The car buying experience can be a rough one especially if you go to a bigger lot and deal with a pushy salesman. Jeff is the complete opposite. He listens to you he understands what you want and he tries to work with you to get in the vehicle that you want to get into. Right now is a tough time to buy a vehicle but it makes it so much easier when you're dealing with somebody that's very kind and understanding. I strongly suggest before you make the big deal on a car at another lot check his lot out to see if he can get you into something at a better cost. He doesn't make it feel like you're wasting his time or yours. He understands it's a lot of money going into an investment that depreciates.
Just always keep in mind he is selling used vehicles so they're going to have their flaws, but he does everything in his power to make it right. It's always a good idea to get a warranty on a used vehicle anyway, and if you can't afford a warranty through your lender he has options at his shop for you as well. The truck that I bought from him had a air conditioner problem even before we got to the lot he had already changed out the part and tested it to make sure it was good to go.

I give The Auto World five stars. Jeff (Kirchner) was friendly, not overly pushy, and he was fair in his dealings. He went an extra mile to make sure I was satisfied as much as possible. I was not wanting a newer vehicle, but mine was totaled so I had to buy as soon as possible. I would hands down recommend The Auto World to anyone I know that is searching for a used car. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Jeff in the last 9 months. The first vehicle was a van for my wife. Jeff was more than helpful in showing me options and deciding the best option for my family. Jeff isn't your normal used car salesman. He doesn't disappear after you have purchased the car and has gone above and beyond to help me solve any issues I have had with the van by recommending mechanics, searching for parts on his own, and helping navigate the warranty. I would highly recommend the warranty as you are buying a used car, and though Jeff finds out as much as he can about the car, it is still a used vehicle, and the insurance is well worth the upfront cost. When I decided to purchase a car for myself, I was naturally drawn back to checking his website daily and decided to stop back in to have him help me find what I was looking for. Again, I have not been disappointed.
He found me something above and beyond what I was looking for and made it an easy and painless process. I look forward to purchasing future vehicles from here again. It is nerve racking searching for used cars but knowing I have found someone trustworthy and honest makes the whole experience a lot more fun.

I bought a 2007 Ford Edge yesterday from Jeff at The Auto World. I came with a set amount of cash. There wasn't a vehicle within my price range, and I thought well shoot. He asked me how much I could spend. Then he had me trade in my old hunk of junk, and gave me a great discount! So I could afford the Ford Edge on his lot. There was a minor hiccup with the vehicle but, he had me bring it in and got it fixed up in a day. ( I greatly appreciated that too!) The vehicle drives great, and is a beauty! I'm very happy I went to The Auto World to get my newer vehicle! I'd recommend going to Jeff for a vehicle!

I have now bought two cars from Jeff at the Auto World and couldn't be happier with them! Jeff made the entire process so easy. He does a wonderful job of meeting the customer's needs when they are looking for a reliable car. So first off and foremost I want to make this clear about this review. I never leave reviews for anyone or anything, never really seen the point. This however is different. I am also leaving this review days after my purchase, and not because I was asked or told to. I am doing this on my own accord.

Pressure free purchasing experience, didn't bother us while we were looking the vehicle over. I noticed it had a faint odor of fuel during my inspection. I still preceded with buying it because the vehicle is otherwise in good condition. I brought up my concern, and he (the owner) negotiated the price. I appreciated that. I've had alot of experience with many different types of salespeople and what I can say about him is that he is very experienced, and cares about serving his customers, being transparent with all steps of the process, answering any questions my fiance or I had, and is polite and patient. All of that is very appreciated. But what happened after the purchase is the reason why I'm leaving this long story of a review.

As I mentioned earlier the vehicle had a smell of fuel during my inspection. I took it my a local GM dealership to have it inspected. I was told that the entire fuel sending unit was rusted out, causing the gas tank to not seeing properly. Roughly an $1150 repair bill. Was not thrilled about it but I knew it needed work, gave consent to start the repair, the next day I woke up to a voice-mail from GM saying they dropped the tank, and it was worse than they thought, it also needed new tank straps and fuel lines to the point where I was shooting fuel out of my tank. The final damage came out to over $1500 in repairs.

I called Jeff back, told him my situation. I asked if he could help, NOT PAY IT ALL but just... help.... and he did the unprecedented. He stepped up, and he helped pay a portion of my repair bill, AFTER I BOUGHT IT.. I want to be clear. There was no deception from this dealer. I bought this vehicle knowing it needed work.. and this man still after the deal. Stepped forward to help a customer. And that, is value in character. That, is priceless. Show me another dealer, salesperson, organization that would go to those lengths AFTER THE SALE, to help someone who needed it.

And due to all of this. I can recommend this place to somebody. That is good business. There's not enough people anymore like that.

Really appreciate all Jeff did for us to get the car we were looking at. He fixed some issues and still sold it at the listed price. He helped make sure financing would work for us and genuinely seemed invested in our satisfaction with the vehicle. Would recommend to anyone in the area buying used!

We did have an issue at first, however, Jeff never gave up to resolve it. In the end we had the best resolution ever. He had picked up on all the little things even if briefly mentioned. He completely met needs as well as desires and I absolutely love my new vehicle! It is my favorite so far and I have had several. Customer service is above and beyond. I do not think any other place would work as hard and do so much for a customer. I have the most amazing vehicle ever! I would definitely go back to buy again and recommend them to friends and family.

Really helped us decide whether we wanted to finance or pay for the car outright. They went over all the features and found some good unexpected surprises. Plus we got the 90 day warranty included in the price. By far the best experience we have had at a car dealership ever!
