The in-home consultation helped me select the right blinds and colors for each window. The communication between receiving a quote and installation was prompt and professional. Installation was quick, professional, and very clean. Everyone I worked with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Best of all, the price was better than other quotes I received in town. Tami has assisted me in blinds on my last two homes and is the best! A large blind in our new home was only about two years old. A part began to fail in the pull. When the part could not be replaced, an entire new blind was provided at no charge! I highly recommend this compan for wonderful customer service and quality products.

We've had our blinds for almost a year now, and have been very happy with them. Michelle was very helpful in helping us pick out the right style and color of blinds for our family room and kitchen windows. They coordinated the timing of installation with some remodeling work we were having done at the same time. There was a small issue with the installation, but Jeff came out and made sure things were adjusted to our complete satisfaction. If we need any window coverings in the future, they will be the first ones we call.

We’ve done business with them for years, since 2006. We think they’re very helpful and very fair and reasonable. We’ve sent other family members and friends to them and they all feel the same. We’ll never go to a box store again for window treatments. Tami and Jeff are both great to do business with and stand behind their work. We highly recommend Best Blinds.
