Super helpful and absolutely amazing and knowledgeable staff

I was nervous going in tonight because I didn’t know what to expect from their selection. I have pelvic floor dysfunction and was looking for a very specific item to help aid me in my journey. The employee who helped me (I didn’t ask for their name, but they have rainbow hair) was very attentive when I was explaining what I needed and we were able to find something that would work within my size, material, and cost limitation- which I am VERY happy about. They even showed me other products they sell that are geared towards the sexual wellness I need and gave me resources that could help me on my road to recovery. The other associate that was working the counter was friendly as well. Thank you again 💖

Every time I visit this location the people working are very helpful Danielle was excellent helping my friend and I checking out and I super appreciated the recommendations when it came to there dance wear and lingerie! They was a petite person working that also had a colorful pixie cut that helped us tremendously when looking for shoes for the right size! Give them all raises!

I have been to the down town location, 2 times & made 1 online purchase. Each encounter was very good. The staff is helpful, very friendly & they know everything about the inventory. They offer tips & suggestions and make you feel comfortable and at ease the whole time.

Love this place and the people that work there. If you have a significant other I highly recommend bringing them with you. We go to a lot of these places and all too often we see just 1 or the other in these stores for some reason Boudoir Noir makes everyone comfortable right from the moment you walk in and they know their products so ask questions! I've already been back 3 times and ordered online lol. Love it!

They have a lot of the typical relationship items. They also carry a few extra items that most stores don't. The one thing that sets this company apart is the customer service. The evening that my girlfriend and I visited was rather busy. We expected to be waiting for assistance. 2- 3 employees greeted us with in 2 to 3 minutes from walking in the store. One of the employees stayed with us asking us questions to better help our wants. Unfortunately the item that we are looking for is not available at this time for this store. However it may be in the near future.

Moved here just over a year ago. This place has been the best in town. Toys outfits all on point even the workers are just amazing people, they make you feel at home in a sense.

Love that as a man, I am welcome to walk out of this establishment with a pair of heels and a corset, without any judgment from the employees. I feel comfortable enough to ask for assistance when needed!

The staff is very knowledgeable and they aren't offended by my inappropriate behavior. Between the open minded staff, adult apparel, videos and vast array of pleasurable contraptions, we enjoyed ourselves probably too much. Left this fine establishment flushed and turned on. Went home and destroyed my mate. Fine establishment indeed.
