We had a sink overflow and water damage to our floors. We called Richmond Carpet Outlet and they were so fast in working with us and our insurance company to replace the damaged flooring! The installer was top notch and completed our job in one visit! Now our floor is like new again and you can’t even tell a large area was pieced in to replace a damaged area! Fantastic job!! I highly recommend them!

I bought my flooring about a year ago and I am still in love with it! Everyone at Richmond Carpet were so personable! They are very informative if you have no idea what your looking for and they always keep it within your budget!

From Al, measuring for estimate, to Kevin, sales and coordinating installation, to Danny and his crew, Matt, Chris and Derrick on the installation. You can tell that this team team really enjoys their job and working together. Jason, the owner, worked with me on my time frame, which was tight because I live out of state, and he made things happen for me! This is TRULY a professional company who is on top of their game with quality of product and 5 STAR customer service…I used them on 2 homes in the past 4 months and will use them for any future needs! ….and btw, the homes look GREAT!!

Great local company to work with and fantastic customer service. Larry was incredibly helpful on choosing the carpet product for my home. Larry and Tom installed one week later and it was a great experience. They were very professional, detailed, skilled, experienced, and thorough with the installation and cleanup. The carpet installers, Allen and Arthur, are very professional and their installation is high quality. They are very careful with moving the furnitures and cleaning up. Highly recommend!

Wow I had Allen and Arthur as installers today. They came to save me from a problem I had. OMG. Professional install verses a non-professional. I almost cried. It looks so good. It’s hard to believe the difference. I thought I had purchased the wrong product until they installed It right. You have to see the difference to believe it. Thank you guys so much!

Great customer service. Installations are currently backed up due to Covid. Very friendly staff. Their quote and installation fees were much lower and better quality than what you can get from Lowes flooring installation.

Very great place to go get carpet. The employees we're very friendly and helped with loading the carpet in my truck. They even put a pallet underneath it so the carpet wouldn't crease. I will definitely visit this place again if I ever need any carpet.
