The customer service is great. The ladies were very helpful. But the store is a mess and it's a little difficult to find the match of your shoe size with the display shoe. Boxes were everywhere, like they have too much stock for their store.

Sweet manager- held a boot back for me to pick up this morning! And got tons of clearance items and cute boots for my stepdaughter! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes and she added my email so, i get money off my next purchase at multiple hshoe stores!! Love Shoebilee have everything from cowboy boots to crocs!!

The employee was very helpful. I had looked other places for shoes after foot surgery and she helped me find the perfect pair there at Shoebilee. That's where I will continue to get my shoes! I thought they were reasonably priced.

I was in yesterday . I found the staff ready , willing and able to assist in anyway possible .
I did purchase a pair of shoes , not so much that I really needed them but just the simple fact , I wanted too because of their help and hospitality . I will be going back again !
