I was in there this morning and the guy helping couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I had a broken phone and I was able to buy a new phone and with his help transfer the data over. He was patient and nice and exactly what I needed!

I bought a new phone and needed help setting it up. Tracy was awesome. He helped me get it all set up. He was very nice and courteous and I didn't feel rushed. Great customer service from Tracy. He deserves a raise! Its rare these days, especially during a "blizzard".

Josh and Mara were beyond amazing with getting me set up with new service and accessories at a great price. Josh even made sure I was able to sign into my google after forgetting my password.

I would definitely recommend them and cricket service to anyone!

I went in for help because my phone kept telling me I was almost out of storage. Both times I went into Cricket's store the manager, Kegan, was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. When I saw him working with others, he was the the same with them. Cricket is very fortunate to have a young manager who is so knowledgeable and dedicated to his job.

In addition, we live a ways out of town and for years before we went with Cricket, we could not get good, constant reception. That changed when we went to Cricket, always good service and customer service. Thank you!

Best experience at this location. Jason was very helpful and made the wait worth it. Cricket ya'll really need to give that man a raise or some kudos because i dreaded going into the store but because of Jason ill return.

Jason was over the top knowledgeable and helpful. I left my old service provider and that old provider made multiple mistakes that Jason corrected. This exhibited not only extreme patience but tact, coupled with poise. I recommend Jason and Cricket to anyone!!!

I visited the Cricket Store to have them look at a damaged phone today. Unfortunately the phone was beyond repair but they helped me line up a new one. Their staff was very helpful and they carry a wide assortment of cell phones and cell phone accessories. I'm had their services going on three years and have had great coverage where ever I've traveled.

I always go to this cricket store on coliseum. The young lady that works the counter every time I'm in there is always nice and smiling and very helpful and I must say honest.

Best phone company i have ever had. No data slow down with unlimited data plan that cost 55 dollars with auto-pay! I have used 29gb in one month before and its always super fast! Sometimes better than wifi.
