I love the Newburgh location. It’s quicker than any location I been to. I’ve had the best customer service experience by Natalie!! She realized I order the same coffee every morning through drive thru and had to come meet me. It’s not everyday that a staff member takes a minute from their job to come meet u especially now days. Her kindness makes my mornings sunnier ☺

Great service, too long of a wait. But, I will stay in line for the service!

Have driven through drive- thru several times lately and been told dark roast was dripping and would be several minute wait. Went by today and drive thru was closed 11 am- 2pm. On a DOUBLE STAR day!! I mostly just want black coffee but the " struggle is real" to get it. I wish their darn coffee wasn't SO ADDICTING or I would just give up.

Last week, I showed up to this location to pick up 3 coffees that I had ordered. I was in a time crunch, so needless to say, I was stressed when I showed up to find out that I had totally messed up my mobile order. The gal who served me was incredibly kind and helpful in getting my mistake straightened out. I did not catch her name, but she was the barista with shoulder-length blonde hair. Starbucks, you are SO lucky to have her on your team! Big thanks to this barista; your small act of kindness and compassion made my whole week.

When I want something to soothe my inner white girl, nothing hits the spot like a frou-frou drink from Starbucks.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. Granted I'm a coffee lover and I do really enjoy our local mom n pop shops for it. But the employees are so nice ! Makes it worth going. Just never on the first day of school. Terrible idea lol not because of them though. It's just in the perfect spot when going to the school so all the students stop lol

I love coming to this starbucks. You have employees like Kiah, who recommended a different style drink when they didnt have any brown sugar in. Your staff is always so sweet and inviting and Kiah is a ptime example of this. Keep it up!!

Went through the drive through for coffee. I was given a free green tea latte with coconut milk. Since I don't like green tea, I gave it to a coworker who does.

She described the taste of this drink like warm sea water. Someone else tasted it and said it tasted like coffee and fish tank water.

My coworkers coughed and sputtered like they were dying. They took the lid off and said it looked like someone had scooped out their swimming pool or pond sludge and dumped it in the cup. So based on them, I'd rate that drink -5 stars.

However, this Starbucks location I'd rate 5 out of 5 stars! The employees were very nice!

Either that, or they're just evil and wanted to attempt to poison me with that drink. Either way, it was a great experience at that store today!

Last Friday, 7/30/21, was a rough day for the staff. With only 1 espresso machine working, service was behind for drive-thru, mobile orders, and walk-ins. But, the staff did amazingly well. They provided extra customer service by giving out free coffee shooters and snacks to guests waiting inside the store and also guests waiting in their cars. They also took the 15 seconds to explain to the guests why service was slow that day. If they had not (which most places don't communicate), then guests would have become upset not knowing why service was delayed. They did an excellent job with both customer service and communication. Great store, Great staff!

Great experience, fast and friendly service. Drive through is kind of weird in the way you pull through, causing traffic issues on the joining road. Prices are alright on their items. Overall decent price range and always amazing and friendly service.

I love the new store. It is always super busy though. However, the staff is always smiling and asks how your doing. Makes your drinks quickly and perfectly even when their in the middle of a rush. Great selection of food, treats and snacks as well.

Everybody here works so hard, and you can tell. I went here the other day for a morning treat, and even though they were very busy, the baristas still took time to say hi and make sure everybody got their drinks quickly and correctly. A worker named Eme was especially kind to me, and went out of her way to make sure my drink was exactly the way I wanted it, and even suggested I add some Raspberry syrup to my drink to make it tastier. She was right! It was so good, and now I will always add some Raspberry to my tea. Thank you Newburgh Starbucks for your great service!

Their drive thru can be wrapped around and backed up, all you need is 5 minutes most mornings to get through it still! The best staff I've ever encountered!

Always worth the wait in the drive thru line in Newburgh. Always friendly and quick for the volume of customers. And if you have any issues they will resolve it quickly and with a smile.

The service here is great. The staff are always upbeat and helpful. The coffee is always fresh and if you know what you want before you go, you can place an order on their app and have it paid for before you even get there. They offer different food options and if you want something sweet to eat pick up a cake pop. It can b3 difficult to get back onto the road if you turn out left after getting your coffee but if you don't have to then if you go past cvs use there exit straight onto the highway.

This Starbucks is one of my favorites to go to. The baristas are amazing and if you go a few times they begin to know your name. They make nice small talk and are kind and personable. They’ll make you drink exactly the way you like it and will not hesitate to remake it quickly if need be. I highly recommend that you stop by this location.
