Salem BMV Branch

It's decent and the staff have been trained very well so I'm not really going to bash them employees or the branch because it's not their fault it's a process that has to me mad. II have been up there 12 times trying to get my driver's license and everytime it's something, they even gave it to me one day only to call me 30 minutes after I left and told me to come back in and they took it from me. It's just too much of a complicated process to get your license here in Indiana if your from another state. I even had my license in this state before and they know this but they keep saying how do we even know that you had a license before. It's just too much, it would be so much easier just to go to my home state and get my license but I'm trying to do the right thing just getting very discouraged by this process.
