Travis answered the phone when I called & then walked me through every step on getting me the new iPhone. Then helped me & made sure everything transferred correctly & got me the best deal possible. He deserves a raise for sure! Thankful that he made the process very simple will be coming in next week to get my mom a new phone with Travis as well!

I was in the store earlier in the month with questions about my bill and Travis not only answered them but got me on a better plan that was cheaper! Then today I was in asking questions about the home internet Verizon offered. Alexander did a great job answering all my questions, helped me get it set up at the store, and talked me through how to set it up at home. Both guys were very nice and helpful!

Faith has been very helpful and very professional with any questions and concerns that we have had. We were in there today and she helped us get our one app all set up on all of our phones changing plans. We’ve been in there a couple times and she has been very, very helpful.

My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones and we dreaded going in, but we were pleasantly surprised by the service and kindness that we received from Faith! She wasn’t pushy and she treated us very well! 5/5 stars!

Man, I can go on and on and on about the service that Verizon provides for me and my family. Faith is a girl that we went to to help us and she is not only beautiful on the outside but she is also beautiful on the inside. I'm old never had a new phone and travis made the transition so easy. I am amazed at how knowledgeable he is and how well he can multi task. If your going to go here make sure you ask for travis!

Faith helped me today with my new IPhone 14. She was great to work with. She was patient and took the time to show me how to use it and get me set up with some new supplies.

Sydney is awesome! I hate tech stuff and she helped me through. She multi tasked to help a variety of customers and made sure everyone was set and said to call or come back if any issues!

I needed to stop in there two separate times within the last week and both times, experienced great customer service. The first time was with Sydney, who was able to meet our sales needs and offered us exceptional care. The second time was with Faith, who helped with tech/set up needs and was so patient! The DM, Matt, happened to be on-site during our second visit and coached Faith through some new experiences. It was truly great to see that kind of training and customer care all in one.

We arrived at the store, just as Travis was closing for the night, and he was super gracious to stay and wait on us. He was very courteous and very helpful, and we appreciated it very much.

Travis and Matt were so friendly and helpful. They switched everything over for us and Matt even went that extra mile to make sure our favorite apps were working. So grateful.
