Best Way Inn

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. This was a great location for getting on the road for our daily motorcycle travels. Also, we had plenty of space to park our van with the motorcycle trailer. We were warmly welcomed by Mary. She greeted us with a friendly smile each time we saw her. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was better than I've had in recent stays at other hotels. The water got hot very quickly, and water pressure was no issue. We really liked the no carpet. Very nice! Shanna also assisted us while we were there, after greeting us with her warm smile. She was also very kind, friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back, and we hope to see Mary and Shanna when we do. Thank you gals for a fabulous stay! You helped set a positive tone, and enhanced our mood on our rainy days!

Place was tidy and the amenities were great for the price u pay. It definitely is a steal. I would definitely stay here when I come again. Pool and breakfast was great and the staff is super friendly.

My time at the Bestway Inn in Madison was enjoyable. The staff were nice and the rooms were good. The free breakfast was filling and we were treated great by the staff. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind the next time I'm in the area.

I’ve been here twice for work. Nina was very helpful and friendly and she helped me print off a paper I needed for work, she went above and beyond in trying to help me and make sure I had everything that I needed. All the staff are friendly and polite. A single semi truck can park here if you pull in straight and turn right before the driveway to the black olive and turn around in that lot next door, park on the curb in front of the entrance. 👍

Rooms were clean, dry and safe. MARY at the front desk checked us in and was so nice. There was another lady there too whose name I didn't catch but she was also friendly. When we went in to get extra tiles Mary was there and gave them to me with a smile!😉

The mattresses were a bit firm but comfortable. The AC was nice and cold. They do offer breakfast but because we are gluten free they weren't able to partake. I keep seeing comments about people saying that it was outdated... and it is but it is not a problem for us.
I'm not going there for ambience I'm going there to sleep.

This place is less than 3 mi from Downtown Madison and close to lots of restaurants and food places. I'd stay again.

The king room I had was spacious and nicely furnished, with a large desk and chair and a dining table and 2 chairs. The room had a nice TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was quiet, clean and safe. There are several restaurants to walk to. The bed was comfy and the water was hot. Breakfast would please most people.

The staff was very friendly and polite they went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. The rooms were very well clean and comfortable and the pool was divine. Can’t wait for my next trip. Very comfortable hotel.

Rooms are clean. Recently remodeled. Fridge & microwave in the room. Laminated floors. Flat screen TVs. Free Wifi. I have stayed here many times over a 12 year period. It's lots nicer then when I first started going there.

Very rude service this time & I'm a frequent stayer as I travel alot ,the sheets were smelly & I had mentioned to the day manager who is very kind about putting some slip resistant pads in the showers , well they are not yet put in , I stayed in RM 111 & this time I fell, nothing broken but I do have a bruise on my foot which hurts pretty good & my right arm ,( pictures do not show the true color or depth of color ) so again please put slip resistant pads ,strips or something in the tubs so if I decide to stay again,this won't happen, I may go to the Dr when I return to south Carolina, I'd advise anyone to be careful in their showers ( manager was off til Wednesday 4th of may ) I'll be in touch.... Please find better help ,the new Lady is not helpful & rude .

The room was clean and tidy. The only thing was that the air conditioner took a long time to cool down the room. The service was amazing. Great experience.

Rooms are much nicer and cleaner since remodel but for sure need pop machines around hotel that actually work

Great prices for such nice rooms! The internet is great, the pool was well taken care of. I had to switch from a Queen sized room to a King and the employees were great. Would 10/10 reccomend

It was excellent visit I had great service and the people there are so nice and welcoming when I came to check in. I would recommend it to anyone to come to this hotel

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating the grounds are beautifully kept it's a good price for a room and I get a free continental breakfast can't beat that

Blues festival in Madison Indiana, clean rooms, nice people, beautiful places, and we had a wonderful time.
