I’ve always said that the success of a business is dependent on the quality of its employees. I truly hope that corporate and the management team are noticing the exceptional value that Kasie, brings to Ulta Beauty. Kasie went above and beyond to meets my needs. I am a retired forester, who truly does not understand the language of makeup. Hardly able to articulate my needs, other than I was starting from scratch and needed to fill my makeup “tacklebox”, Kasie stepped right up to the challenge. I have a complex array of skin tones with redness and Kasie color matched me perfectly. I nearly cried. We covered nearly the entire store, as she helped me choose mascaras, blush, tweezermans, brushes, setting powders, primers, eyebrow volumizers, setting spray, face wash, serum, and the best hairbrush I’ve ever used. Kasie made sure that I would have success on my own by teaching me priceless pro tips. Even though I struggled to find my words, it was as if Kasie was reading my vibe and mind. I didn’t even bat an eye dropping nearly $400 at Ulta Beauty, because I knew that this was a curated investment. Thank you Kasie, I feel beautiful. You deserve a raise and so much more!

Taylor is the best stylist! She's a joy ...warm, personable and wicked funny! I enjoy getting my hair done by her every time! She does an amazing job and is at the Keystone location. I have natural curly, thin hair and she knows just how to color, cut and style it!

What a treat this was!!! My 13 got a gift card and didn't know how to spend it, and we walked the store for literally an hour.
Every single employee we encountered was kind, helpful, and had a great sense of humor for the wee lass who wanted to make the most of her gift.
The team would literally walk us from one item in which she might be interested to another, which I'm certain was annoying to them, but they never so much as batted one of their perfect eyelashes.
To be clear: I was not trying to be annoying; I'm simply ignorant when it comes to any type of cosmetic.
Anyhow, they made what would have otherwise been a really frustrating visit fun and filled with laughter.
Thank you so much. Everyone there is just the stinking greatest.

Had a wonderful experience with Anastasia, who helped me color match a foundation and concealer. Took the time to try multiple products to get the one that worked best, and I was happy with. The store was clean, well organized, and the staff were all friendly, but Anastasia especially made sure that I was taken care of and happy with my products.

I stopped by here today, to get a gift card for my better half. Apparently, Ulta beauty is the new rage, for make up. I can’t say that I can either agree nor disagree as I know absolutely nothing about make up. But she seems to like it, this is her favorite store. The store seemed rather large, with plenty of helpful staff members. I was helped right away, and gratefully so. The store was very neat and organized. There were many customers in the store when I arrived, with a steady stream coming and going. That’s about all I can say. If you need to give your wife or lady a nice gift. Stop by here for a gift card like I did, I think she’ll like it.

Maureen Durcan-Bilotta is the greatest elite hairstylist there is in the Indianapolis area!! I absolutely love going in to see Maureen, it’s a fantastic experience every time, without fail. I’m never disappointed with my hair when I leave. Go see her soon!

I stopped in Ulta to pick up some Kenra products and to look for some new hair products. A sales person approached me to help and came up with a new product for me to try....Fekkai Full Blown Volume Dry Texturizing Spray....and it was on special! I got it and tried it this morning....LOVE IT! Thanks for the nudge!!!

This location was pretty busy from what I could see. They had everything I needed in stock and much more. The samples and displays they had out looked new and weren’t missing any pieces or pans. We were checked on by a couple workers making sure we found everything we needed. The line was pretty long but went by fast. I had an issue with one of my gift cards I had but the lady that helped me at the register was extremely kind and tried everything to help me as well as being very respectful. I will definitely be back!

I love this location. The employees are always nice and very helpful. I utilize the return policy to its fullest and they never blink an eye. I also love ordering online for the free gifts. The in-store pick up is always ready right away.

NY feel in Indy. A beauty salon inside a retail store. Visited the Times Square version. Very nice!!! My stylist Jazmyne preformed an ahaaamazing job with my natural hair. Received so many compliments.. just beautiful. Way to go Girlie!!! 🤗😄😄

This Ulta has the most kind associates with outstanding expertise and customer service. Raven in the salon has such amazing talent with hair and is very conversational which makes for a great salon experience.

Amazing experience super helpful staff as a male walking in the store, one of the young ladies on staff I'm sure sensed i was lost in shopping for my sister's bday. She jumped right in to save the day , assisted me with some Chanel lip gloss and got me on my way. Will definitely return In the future

Ive been shopping all day for 2 days straight and walked into every ulta and sephora i saw and never got real help until coming here. I believe his name was Skip, he was so kind and knowledgeable and eager to help me rework my makeup and skincare routine. put all the products on for me and explained the purpose for each step and best ways to get the look i want with the best shades, i bought everything he recommended and am so happy i can finally stop hopping from store to store hoping for a good helpful associate and will only go back to this location in hopes hes there! Thank you!

Jurnei was absolutely amazing. We asked her for help in multiple area and she was so knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me with my prom look as I would already stressed!

Big shout out to Journey and Michelle at the Ulta in Fashion Mall Commons! I went in to beg a couple sample/testers. I had left my makeup at home on the NW side of Indy this morning, worked at 49th and Keystone, and had an evening event on N Meridian where there would be a photographer. I really just wanted a little foundation and cream blush. These ladies empathized with my dilemma and hooked me up with testers of my regular Clinique products and a tiny blender sponge. A few minutes later, I walked out feeling like I was camera ready. Thanks, ladies!

Jasmine helped me match up some cream blush to my face tone. She went out of her way to make sure there wasn’t any more of the color we selected. She was so sweet and helpful!
