Excellent.. their tenderloin is the best I have EVER had! If you can eat it in one sitting, you're doing better than most😁🍽 A pie case full of pies and cakes but of course I was too full🤪 Live music in the lounge on Friday/ Saturday nights. Bonita was a wonderfully efficient and friendly server❤We will be back for sure!

My daughter and I had a great lunch experience at the Railroad Cafe today!! Our waitress was overwhelmed but still provided great service to us. The breaded tenderloin was absolutely delicious!

I recently worked at railroad as a waitress and I loved the job itself but there was one employee there that completely ruined it for me and that was the waitress named Bonita. She was extremely rude the entire time I worked there to myself and paying customers, had SEVERAL customer complaints to me about how rude she is and that the customer thought they did something wrong to deserve to be treated badly. When I would discuss how she was rude I was told to just ignore her and that the only reason she’s still there is because they need someone to replace her. So if you don’t want to be disrespected when you try to have a nice bfast/lunch/or dinner I suggest you tell people you know in need of a job to apply there!

I had the wrong address, and we almost missed out on a great lunch. The ham and cheese (caboose) was very good and came with a large side of fries. We plan to return the next time we're in town.

Also had a couple of onion rings, and they were great!

It is also a great place for train buffs.

This restaurant is spotless! The waitress was fast and very friendly, food is prepared after you order so it's fresh and very tasty!

My wife and I had breakfast and we're very impressed as the food is hot and delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Great place for American comfort food. Homestyle Hoosier cooking. Cozy café with railroad theme. Daily specials are a great value and delicious. Staff is friendly, courteous, and attentive.

Wow! This little restaurant is amazing! Yes, I ate my homemade raspberry pie first!!! EVERYTHING made from scratch! This is one tenderloin! Below is my small bowel of vegetable soup! Must go! Get the cornbread to take home!

Enjoyed the visit. Food was good with good portions. My wife had an omelet and said it one of the best she'd had. The pancakes were very good and large. The bacon...not those thin little slices from everywhere else, these were wide, thick, crispy pieces of delicious.

And let me mention that the prices were very reasonable. I look forward to going for lunch.

One of my favorite Sunday brunch spots and an regular go to for myself and my loved ones. We love the food and the atmosphere here. The servers are wonderful and it always seems hopping. People seem to love this place and their breaded tenderloin is to die for!!!!!
In my opinion service is impeccable. However you may have a wait, so please be patient as some days are very busy and there is a limited server staff for the amount of customers they can bring in at times. They work very hard though so be kind, I am sure you will love your experience too!!!

This is one of the best small-town diners we've ever been to, and we always look for these when we travel so we've been to a lot of them. Excellent food, perfect service, and an inviting atmosphere with lots of memorabilia to look at and friendly people to speak to. We both had delicious tenderloin sandwiches but the daily specials looked great too. We will make a point to come back again!
