Dairy bell Ice Cream

I was craving ice cream and the locals said it was miles for ice cream unaware of this hidden gem near Spring Mill State Park.

The staff was super friendly and the pricing was great. We visited when it was 91 degrees.

Soft serve is their ice cream and it hit the spot. They have seating around back!

We didn’t have the privilege to enjoy a iron skillets... there is always tomorrow

Quintessential Southern Indiana ice cream shack! The owner is awesome and they have persimmon ice cream in the fall.

The food was amazing and the service was even better! Our favorite place to take the kids after a day of swimming.

A good old fashioned style ice cream stand. We definitely made an impromptu stop and enjoyed the strawberry shortcake and persimmon pudding. Great stuff memories are made of.

Really cool place to grab a cheeseburger and a milk shake! We were camping up the road from Dairy Bell Ice Cream, and when we drove by, we had to stop in. Its a small "Mom and Pop" ice cream shop. We tried to order a cheeseburger and fries, but they didn't have any french fries. So, we just got a cheeseburger and a cherry milk shake. My wife ordered the same thing and we were both very happy!! If we are in the area again, we will definitely stop by again!! The lady who works here was super nice and friendly.

We love Remy and the Dairy Bell! It is close to our house, which makes quick, little ice cream trips very convenient. Remy is friendly, and she is an absolute joy to see working in the shop! Her food is amazing and a delightful surprise. You will NOT be disappointed when you visit the Dairy Bell.

We had some time to kill before checking into Spring Mill Inn so we stopped for some ice cream. It was a 90 degree day and perfect for a cold treat! Hubby got a large cone and I got the Strawberry Shortcake sundae. It was delicious!! Employee was friendly and we received our order very quickly. Would definitely recommend this place for ice cream!

Great little place to stop for lunch! We were in the area for the Persimmon Festival in Mitchell and stopped off here to grab a quick lunch! Quick and friendly service. We will be back!

Cute little establishment in Mitchell right outside Springmill Park. We had an ice cream cone and sundae. Met a nice couple from Linnville, IN., out for a Saturday drive.

I enjoyed everything we ordered. We'll have to come earlier in the day next time because they do run out of baked goods and ice cream flavors.

Drove all the way from Arizona for the best ice cream in Indiana.

Super cute, cheap and yummy place to get ice cream! They have the basics: shakes, floats, sundaes, cones and cookies. Definitely a hometown favorite 🍦

I'm sure this place isnt an unknown but its located in a really good location, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very laid back.
My wife and I found the place by accident and oddly on the last day they were open for the season!!
Really competitive pricing and the quality of the food is top shelf.
P.s we recommend the brownie Sunday and the banana split!!!

The Sloppy Joe. You have to get the Sloppy Joe. I don’t know what kind of magic they do to make that meat but it is the most amazing and delicious Sloppy Joe I ever had!

I was quite surprised and pleased with my experience at Dairy Bell. I highly recommend them. It is a cute little place with great ice cream and other treats. I will be going back more often.

Wonderful roadside soft serve. We love Remy so much! She's a bright shining star. Can't wait to come back and try the skillet pies and her chicken salad!
