Papa John's Pizza New Castle Indiana

James Brown was outstanding. He gave service with a smile and was so professional towards the customers. We can't say thank you enough for the kindness that he has showed towards the customers. Thanks James!

Food has always been good and hot. Too many people walking around in street clothes not even working just employees and maybe some not just walking around even in the food areas most with long hair and no hair nets or hats to keep their hair out of the food, their faces or work area. I don't order from here for that reason. I have friends and family that do and they haven't ever had a problem though.

I called pizza king, dominos, Pizza Hut and they said they don’t deliver to 400 north. Called up papa johns and they delivered to 400 north. Honestly price was good. Food was good. Delivery guy says he will deliver anytime because I am only one road over. I will take him up on it. That is what I call service service service.

They were very friendly, I called in a pickup order and they even helped me by suggesting a way to place my order that would save me money. It was only a 15 minute wait time and my order was right on time, if not a few minutes earlier. They were also very nice and patient with me when I had to pay for my order using all change! ( This may not seem like a big deal, but I've been to many places that made me feel embarrassed, like a burden and had an attitude and looked down on me when I've had to count out change to pay for my order) But they were super nice and made me feel comfortable and at ease by saying that they actually appreciated it because they needed the change. Whether they did or not I really appreciated the comment because they turned what could've been an embarrassing moment into a lighthearted one. So I would like to give shout out to the employees at the Papa John's in New Castle, saying thank you so very much and keep up the good work and the great attitudes and people skills you guys have!👍❤😁

We ordered online and got our order sooner than expected, when the food got here it was still hot and ready to eat. Delivery guy was very nice and no negative details to post for this experience!!!

The pizza is really good and fresh the dough is hand tossed for the original crust , I especially love the cheesesticks they are not like breadsticks but cut.
