Best One Tire & Service

Brought my truck in for an air conditioner service appointment. I was told it would take an hour, so I waited in their waiting area. In less than hour it was done. I was also surprised that they gave me a military discount (of which I didn’t ask for). I highly recommend this repair service center. They are such nice people to deal with.

They are in the process of fixing my left control arm and replacing 2 tires, only cost $450 for everything. Having had plenty of work done there before, I feel confident that they will have me back on the road in no time flat!

Came in for slow leak on one tire, which also had a head tear. I was educated about it and given options. Needless to say I drove away feeling safe. I had no pressured sales. All services were very professional and very nice. I will be back with business. Thank you very much to manager and staff!

My tire pressure showed low on my back tire. It was cold, but I've had two flats and I don't take chances anymore.
They got me in right then and there and checked and filled all four tires for free.
They have the best prices around. I get my oil changed there, have had new tires put on from there, and we get our batteries there.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Gentleman printed out the quote I asked for on some tires. Had to jump my daughter's car when I went to leave and the same gentleman came out right away and helped. Great people very friendly. Haven't got the tires yet but will definitely use them when we get the money saved up.

Very helpful and nice folks. Had an emergency with a bad tire.....they actually had to order it from their warehouse...2 miles away...so it was a fairly quick and easy fix, and they delivered great service!

Needed an alignment after putting a temporary spacer lift on my 2021 Tacoma. Best One got me scheduled quickly, and took less than an hour to get the alignment done. Drives SO much better after the alignment than it did on the way there! Best One has done excellent work every time I have been there. It’s awesome that over the years, I continue to see the same faces working there every time I have work done. They do great work.

Driving down I-64 and blew out a tire on my car hauler. Brought the wheel to them fixed it up ASAP. Then had them replace the other 3 just to be safe. Brought the trailer to them and they bumped me in and got me back rolling south within a couple hours. Exceptional service!

On 8-22-20, I went to the Best-One Tire located off Broadway in Princeton IN. I had a slow leak in one of my tires for over a year, and after having the tire replaced twice at another tire service shop, I decided to give Best-One a shot; having replaced my tire 2 months previous, I had hoped they would address the problem. The gentleman at the counter was very prompt and professional, and after hearing the issue, advised me of a 45-60 minute wait. I sat down with my kids for less than 30 minutes before he approached me to inform me that my valve stem was the problem causing the slow leak. He also informed me that it was replaced at no charge.

After dealing with all other tire shops in Princeton, I highly recommend selecting Best One Tire for all tire needs; I know I'll never do business with anyone else from this point on. Fair prices, professional service, and honest employees make them a pleasure to do business with.

No other shop would touch or even talk about aligning my lowered car- except these guys. And it was done quickly and professionally. Actually, it took less time than I was quoted, which surprised me as well. The service writer provided me with a color printout of the alignment specs and I was out the door. Excellent customer service. I will gladly be doing more business here.

I was traveling and needed a quick replacement of a run flat tire. Chris quickly obtained the tire from their warehouse and then did a great job of installing the new tire to get me back on the road. From the time I had initially called until I was back on the road was less than 2 hours. It turned out to be a nice little break in my day spending it in friendly conversation with Chris, as he fixed the tire. I was treated by the Golden Rule ~ treat others as you would like to be treated. Great job Best One Tires!!! 👏👏👏

I was SUPER impressed with this business, from the professionalism, concern to kindness. I was a walk in with a tire going flat quickly. It was less than an hour to closing time. I was 45 miles from home which was a major concern for me. They got everything fixed. The price was reasonable. They are awesome!!

Friendly service, quick service and not outrageous pricing. While I was in there waiting on my oil change I heard them explaining to someone how they could save money by doing one thing instead of the other. They could’ve made money of this person but didn’t and told them what they thought was best! Highly recommend

Thought that I had a nail in my tire, as was was losing several pounds of pressure per day. Had taken to another tire shop in Evansville a couple blocks from my work. They told me there was no problem with my tire. Still losing air, so I stopped by Best One near my home in Princeton. They found two knife type slices in my sidewall. They had the proper replacement tire in stock (I only needed one as my tires only had 7K on them). They got it mounted, and all is good now. The folks (Eric, I believe) were very nice, and kept me posted on everything. Got me taken care of on a Saturday morning. I appreciate all they did to get me fixed up and on the road.

I just picked up my cat from the vet and noticed I was driving with wires showing on my tire. I took it to Best One and even though they were fixing to close they still put a new tire on. The receptionist was so sweet and she told the guys to team up and get it done. It was a steer tire so I was truly blessed the tire didn't blow while I was driving and further blessed for Best One tire and their excellent service.

Best One has always done a fantastic job with our vehicles. If it’s tire related, we always use Best One! They also can’t be beat when it comes to oil changes and the like. Great prices, and the best customer service. We always come back!

I had to drop in unexpectedly with my car overheating. They were very nice about it, offered to keep my car and check it out the next morning. It was a minor problem. I have my car back, no unexpected charges. I would definitely use their service again!

Good service as always. Quick turnaround on two unexpected trailer tires an hour before closing time. They said it would be the next morning for pickup but then called 10 minutes before closing to let me know that they would wait for me if I was close enough to get there.

Best One has the best customer service in Princeton, Indiana! I didn’t have an appointment so I did not get everything done that I needed and I had to wait a little over 3 hrs. They were worth the wait! They have nice and clean waiting area! Strongly recommend Best One in Princeton!
