I ordered 4 knives from here and they were all impeccably packaged and all authentic with all original factory paperwork and boxes. They were put into delivery quickly after ordering online and I received tracking info the very next morning. Top Notch Service. Pleasantly surprise by the included beverage koozie! Erik is a true professional. I accidentally submitted 2 of the same order without knowing it. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call from him asking if I intended to order twice. He was very respectful and professional. I. Later phoned him to change the order.. He charged me in a sense as to not incurr extra cc charges. He shipped out the knives later that afternoon. Great customer service.

Eric is very responsive over email and goes above and beyond for the customer. Knives are QCed before they leave and orders are shipped quickly. Willing to beat competitor's price even if he takes on a bit of loss, this is after I already order and paid for the knife.
