We came in to look into switching carriers and Maddie welcomed us with a great smile and listened to everything we had to say and all of our concerns. She helped us pick the right plan and phones just for us! Great conversation the whole time! Definitely recommend going to see her with any questions or concerns!

Ethan was Very helpful. Half of my photos wouldn't transfer over but he kept working on it and was able to save all my photos. Happy with the customer service.

My experience at the Verizon Store in Princeton IN today was awesome! Dylan and Mackenzie were the sales representatives on duty. The were both super friendly, answered all of our questions, and helped us with all of the things that come along with upgrading to new phones! We had fun with them and they made something that could normally be a stressful situation a very pleasant one! I highly recommend them!

Dylan was the best! He was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. He explained everything! I have been a Verizon customer for years and this was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable up grade.
