Jack's Donuts

I went to New Castle, Indiana with my girl and her family because they arw from there and Jack's Donuts is one place they couldn't stop talking about. They said Jack's is a must stop while we are in New Castle so we went and I was amazed at the prices since they were cheaper than I was expecting and the flavors that had made me fall in love. The staff was very friendly, helpful and there to make your experience even that much better. Make sure to get there as soon as they open because they stay packed the whole time they are open so the earlier the better. We made sure to bring back a dozen when we came back home to Kentucky too lol. If you find yourself up in New Castle, Indiana then it is a Must stop for anyone because you haven't had a donut until you have had a donut from Jack's Donuts.

Another great find. From outa town and everyone says go to Jack’s Donuts. Humble little store with great variety of on-site made donuts. Plenty of tables to sit. Drinks including decent espresso.
But let’s get down to the nuts n donuts. These are great donuts. Not you mass produced corporate stuff. These are big donuts. You will get your money’s worth. If you are in New Castle, Indiana, plan on making this a stop. You will not be disappointed.

Since I was a little boy back in 1980's and this was the only real Donut store for town's away from New Castle. 3am is the best time to get up and go for a ride down to Jack's. 3 blocks from the place all you can smell is sticky sweet FATTY cakes. Dam the belt line.

The best donut place in the world in my opinion and many others. And my opinion they should be worldwide and be like the McDonald's of donuts!

Always happy when I go here. The family loves Jack's Donuts! The donuts are always soft and fresh. There are so many options to choose from. We go at least once a week. I love that I'm supporting a small business when I buy breakfast for my family there. It is such an inviting environment. Employees are always such a help.

Little shop with great and helpful staff. This was our first visit to this Jack's and my first ever eating a Jack donut. I found out about it due to 'Katina Eats Kilos' YouTube channels video post about her doing a challenge with them. The donuts did not disappoint and the amount of drink selection was surprisingly overwhelming (in a good way). We did the Jack dozen and a Tiger Tale cold coffee. There was not a single donut we didn't finish. All the donuts were delicious in their own way. We arrived after 11am and the donuts still tasted fresh. Definitely worth a try if you like donuts or want a good drink (they had more than coffee). We will be returning...maybe not to this location due to the drive (we were driving past this location), but we will definitely be visiting a Jack's donuts again.

Best donuts ever! The donuts are large and the toppings are generous. Yes, they are $1.50 each, but they are much bigger than the usual donut, making them a great value. The staff are good and the buying process is quick.

I believe Lori is the name of the employee that most frequently waits on me and I just wanted to leave her and Rodney a huge shout out for being such a friendly part of my morning caffeine routine. Coffee is the best in town and their Boba selection is delicious and varied! I stop in more than I don't during the work week and wish I could afford to do it daily.

I accidently hit the one star . Jack's is a great place with amazing donuts and the employees are wonderful. I just figured out how to fix my mistake. I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding.

The best donuts for miles around. The tiger tail is the best but I've never had a bad one here. And it still maintains the local feel even after they've grown tremendously.
