Always friendly, helpful, & professional. They offer different options on ways to fix a problem when practical, and speak the truth about what's really going on with your vehicle. Been taking all my vehicles here for over a decade and haven't had a single problem. They are often booked out a week or more on appointments, but that just shows you how good they are. Prices are very fair, and the quality of work you receive is as good as it gets.

I've turned wrenches on cars since before I was legal to drive and I'm a very hard person to deal with when it comes to my Cars and my Money!!! I don't trust just anybody to work on my vehicles when time or convenience isn't on my side!!!
I've used Fouts Auto for many years and have never had an issue with any of my repairs or if an issue came up it not being taken care of on any of my vehicles!!!
I consider Aaron and Leah as Friends , and as long as I've done Business there , never has Aaron tried to upcharge me or sell me something that I didn't need!!! If you want a Good and Honest repair , I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call and let them get your car back on the road!!!

I've been using Fouts Auto repair for about 24 years now. Not once have I ever been unhappy with the service or the price. I get recommendations and pricing up front. Most often the price is less than quoted. If the price is greater, I get a very detailed explanation, accompanied by my used parts. That instills trust and confidence.
There will always be cheaper businesses in all sectors of life, if you don't mind the risk. I use Fouts because I want it done right the first time, for a fair price. I want local people who stand behind their work. People who stake their family name and reputation on their business. The same people who will still be in business tomorrow, to stand behind their work from today.

Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and he is one of them.

For those who are complaing about their price , you get what you pay for. They have been excellent taking care of some major issues on my mother's car! She may have found someone to do it for a LITTLE less but like I said in my first sentence, you get what you pay for. Mom has peace of mind knowing her car was done right! From what I have seen his shop labor is actually about the same as other qualified mechanics that have a professional shop with the proper tools and equipment to work with.

Aaron, Scott and Leah have always treated me right! They take the time to look at my car and inform me what’s wrong with it what it will cost to fix it and when they can schedule it in. I’ve dealt with them for 20 years and have NEVER had one issue with the service they provide. Highly recommend them and I drive from 40 miles to get there :-)

They got my ridgeline up and running again the same day my appointment was on and ended up being a smaller problem than I thought it was going to be, I'm happy as hell they diagnosed the problem so quickly and ended up not killing my wallet. Also explained what was wrong and every part that needed replaced. Will definitely use again hopefully no time soon though

On my way to work and I tried to add some coolant to my car myself and the cap broke off in the neck of the tank and I couldn't get it out. He said to come by in about two hours. When I came, he brought me in right away, got the piece out, charged me hardly anything, then I was on my way to work hardly missing any at all. Bigger places wouldn't even call me back. Thanks man!

Aaron takes great care of my car, researching and finding the cause of its little oddities (hidden fuses that do NOT show up on the manual or online). This is where we always take my car.

If you have a foreign vehicle this is the place to go. He has all the special tools and the big diagnostics machine. Such a friendly place with fair prices!
