Isaacs Pre-Owned Autos

These guys are super easy to work with. I drove down from Fort Wayne and they held the car for me. Drove it and bought it in 30 minutes basically. 2014 Chevy Bolt Premium. They only charge a doc fee on top of the selling price. No bait and switch garbage. No additional VIN etching or other backdoor fees. The cars they have are very clean. Great condition. I worked with Ian, would definitely return if they had another car I was looking for.

So many used auto dealers have cars that look good on the outside but are nothing but trouble on the inside mechanically. That's not our experience with Isaac's Autos. The Toyota Solara we bought from them five weeks ago has exceeded our expectations. The day we bought the car, the owner realized the car wasn't starting promptly so he put in a new alternator, a new battery and threw in new wiper blades too. We are very satisfied.

I’m old. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my time, some nice and new, some less so. I bought an old truck at Isaacs a couple of years ago. It was in fine shape and at a great price. The closer I looked at it the better the truck got. The guys at Isaacs put a new set of tires on the truck when they first arrived. What impressed me was that they were very nice truck tires. Not some super cheap tire that fit the specs. They put a bed liner in it at their expense. I’ve had it two years and it hasn’t had anything that needed repair on it. Until the other day. A bulb went out in the driver side turn signal. I can’t believe the quality of this vehicle, the honesty of the people at Isaacs is beyond reproach. Next time I need a car or truck I’ll be back to Isaacs before I even look anywhere else. This may be over the top, but rest assured I’m not on the payroll, and don’t have family or friends there. I was honestly blown away at that entire process and I will always look there first.

Save yourself lots money and the headache of going to the big car dealship and buy a car at Isaacs pre-owned cars. They have very nice cars! The prices are much lower than the big dealship. This is a very nice family owned business that treat the customers right. I am very happy with my new car purchase!

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from them, I felt the need to leave a review. First time buying a car and I chose to visit Isaacs to check out a Toyota Tacoma. I spoke with Jason at the Jeff location. He was very welcoming, friendly, informative and wasn’t pushy. The vehicles and the lot itself were very clean and well-maintained. Everything about the place was professional. I’ll be keeping an eye on their inventory in the future.

I found what I was looking for on net. This dealership is best for getting back quick. They have common sense on dealing with customers and will bend over backwards to give best deal possible. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a great deal on a large selection of cars and trucks. Dustin and Ian are the model of what all car sales should be patterned after. I drove 100 miles and found the C-Max better than expected. Great price and even tho I did not buy it (no fault of theirs) due to previous offer on another deal. Check out these dealers I rate them top 1% of all I have met in over 50 years of cars!

We searched for weeks for a safe vehicle to buy as our family's second vehicle. We saw many other vehicles at other dealerships, but none of the vehicles compared to the vehicle we found here. It was in good condition and it was extremely clean.
While they could not negotiate the listed price due to COVID and the auto industry right now, we feel that we bought the vehicle for a fair price.
The customer service that Ian provided was informative and not at all pushy or uncomfortable.
Isaac's Pre-Owned Autos was far away from home, but we are happy with the vehicle that we purchased. Highly recommend this dealership!

I had been test-driving and poking around Highlanders and Trailblazers since November of 2015, to replace my truck that met an untimely death. I do not like shopping for cars, and I am the guy that waits until the dealer is closed to get my first look at a vehicle because I don't like to deal with sales folks. And I don't like car payments, and I don't like to spend money on cars.

I saw a Highlander on the Isaacs website in early January, talked to Dustin about it on the phone and took my first look and drive on a cold, damp day. It had more miles on it than I was comfortable with, but was clean and so reasonably priced I kept tabs on it for about 2 more weeks. Dustin let me drive it 30 miles to have my preferred mechanic go through it. The day I did that, I saw a Mercury Milan that I also liked, was also very reasonably priced, and looked extremely clean. But not a utility vehicle, which is what I had been looking at for months. I waited another week, drove the Milan, had my mechanic check it over too, and bought both the Highlander and the Milan. Steve, Dustin, and Ian all put up with me for almost a month, and were always friendly, gracious, no pressure, and helpful to the Nth degree. Most important, both cars have turned out to be exactly what they were represented to be, and what I hoped they would be. Dustin followed up nicely on a couple of minor details for me after I bought the cars. I hope these are the last cars I ever have to buy; but if I am looking, I will go back to Isaacs.

I initially called and spoke to Ian about a car. He was extremely professional and updated me on the cars' status since I was driving from out of town. He encouraged me to take the car of interest to a local mechanic or dealership to have the car inspected. When I did, I received a "take your time" advise from both Ian and his father. I was very impressed. The car was in great mechanical shape and I put down a deposit to hold the car for a few days for me. In the mean time, I ended up changing my mind on the car (a decision I now regret) and I called Ian expecting to receive an attitude. Instead, he was extremely professional, said he understood, and offered to return my deposit since someone else decided to purchase the car if I did not want it. WOW. Please trust me...this is definitely a small dealer you should RUN TO! A++++ on customer service!. I wish things could have worked out on the car I let pass but I will remember this dealer when I need another car in the future! Very trustworthy - they even sent me a video text of my personal paperwork being shredded. What else is there to say! Terrific on ALL levels!

I drove 250 miles to buy a work truck from Ian!! These guys are awesome! Found my new truck on car gurus after I totaled our work van in the snow. Ian made purchasing painlessly smooth whole process took 30 minutes. Family owned staff beyond friendly and helpful. Had a very enjoyable visit while Ian to talk the paperwork in order. I highly recommend Isaac's and I will most certainly be back!

We live 3 hours away from New Albany. I found a great little car for my daughter listed online at Isaac's. I called the next morning and spoke with Dustin. He was friendly, helpful and honest. Since we were coming from so far away, I asked if they could hold the car until we got there. Dustin said that was no problem. When we got there, Ian met us and had been informed we were coming and that they were holding the car for us. The whole experience was positive....including the car! I wouldn't hesitate to make that trip again.

This was my first time buying a new car, and the experience was great. I got the car I had been looking for, at an awesome price and I'm very happy. The process was smooth, and quick. By the time I got to Isaacs after leaving the bank Dustin had all the paperwork done and within a few minutes I was in my new car! Dustin and the guys were great. Incredibly forth coming, met my value I wanted for my trade ( which was way higher than wholesale ) and offered a nice used truck at a great price. I ended up not buying due to wife not agreeing on vehicle choice- but once again- I was an out of state buyer- and they were completely honest with every quirk and issue the vehicle I wanted had. Ian was great to work with I spent months, driving my other half nuts looking for a truck. Finally found it. The truck I purchased had a minor issue that I was made aware of, it was handled before I took possession and financing was quick too. This purchase from begining to end took a couple of hours. Bought a 2012 F 150. My husband didn't even want to go look at it because it wasn't a " brand name" lot. It was the best experience we have ever had dealing with car lots. Dustin was great from beginning to end. I love the fact that you deal with one person and not waiting 3 hours in an office why the salesman goes back and forth getting info and relaying it. Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Isaacs!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Malibu here and I will say from the start, it's not your normal car dealership experience. I went in on a Saturday to look at the car first and was not immediately rushed by a salesman. After a few minutes one of the owners Steve came up to me and asked if he could help me with anything. I asked him if I could look inside and he went to the office and got the keys. He allowed me to explore and check out the car without hovering or trying to push a sale. I then asked if I could take it for a test drive and he was more than willing to let me take it for a solo spin. I returned after about 15 minutes and he answered every question and when I asked if I could have my mechanic take a look at it first, he had no problem with that and again did NOT try and push any sale on me, not even ask me about money.

After having my mechanic check out the car and getting the green light, I began working with the other owner Dustin via email. He answered everything that I threw at him and even better was very prompt with his response. Over the course of the week we discussed all the details of the sale and come Saturday we walked in and within 45 minutes we were done.

That was it, no pushy sales pitch, no trying to hold on to my key or any stereotypical car salesman. I will say that they set the car sales standard very high and I would suggest if you are looking into a car you give them a look.

Found the car I wanted on their site. Since their website is so detailed, I was able to give all of the information needed to my bank to get pre-approved. Once that was done I was able to sit down with Dustin and complete the purchase within minutes. We had a few minor issues, though the dealership handled them very professionally. I love the small, family atmosphere to the dealership and would definitely buy from them again.

I really loved this place! I wasted too much time at the big lots in Louisville with outrageous fees and overpriced cars. So glad I finally found these guys. Dustin was available via text for several days to answer all my questions and made the process very quick and easy. He gave us a great deal on my husband's 2016 Nissan Rogue and we'll hopefully be able to get another car from him in a few years when my car needs replacing.

Searched for a newer truck for two year's. Bought my 2016 F150 from here. Seamless purchase and a great price, the best deal I came across in two year's of searching. Dustin was great. I highly recommend. Refreshing to buy locally and from such down to earth people.

GREAT experience buying a car from Isaacs Pre-owned Autos. They had the car I was looking for at the right price; I found the listing online and drove from Lexington to see the car. It was accurately described, had a great CARFAX report, and Ian at Isaacs was great to work with. No pressure, no typical sales tactics. Such a nice relief from previous car buying experiences.
