This place is amazing. I came here needing a new set of outfits not happy due to checking out other places and exhausted from shopping with no luck. I was helped by Chris and he not only got me many pieces of clothing at a great price, but made the process fun. I’d highly recommend coming here for clothing as the prices are bad, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great.

Chris “like Christmas 😊” was the absolute best in customer service and recommendations. Strongly recommend for anyone looking to buy a suit or tux. The location had better selection and service than any of the other nearby Men’s Apparel stores.

My son went there to buy his first suit and we are so glad that we shopped here! Chris was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with measuring and fitting my son to find the perfect style and fit for his height and stature. Then he helped him select the right shirt & tie to complement the suit. The custom tailoring was the "icing on the cake". My son looks and feels amazing in his new suit.

I’ve been coming here periodically over the past 15 years anytime I’ve needed suits or shirts. John, Danny, and others on staff are always a great help. I can’t recommend them and this location enough.

Absolutely awesome experience and staff were extremely friendly at the Paramus, NJ location! They looked passed my basketball shorts and t-shirt, and treated me not only like I was the only customer there (there was a full store), but like I was going to spend a million dollars even though I was only there for a $70 pair of slacks. Phenomenal service! I needed a suit for a funeral NOW. Was promptly greeted at the door. Explained my dilemma and had a custom tailored suit jacket and pants within 30 minutes. Sounds crazy but it's true! Was expecting designer suits so there was an initial dissatisfaction but to my surprise the Jos. A bank branded suit is exceptional, especially for the price! Great fabric, Great cut, great designs and a great fit! Did not expect to get such a nice suit, custom fitted complete with a very nice shirt for LESS THAN $400! Will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks again guys!

My younger son and I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Joseph A. Banks. Chris assisted us and basically my son needed everything. He was the best personal shopper ever and made it so easy for us. The clothing is amazing and the staff is superb. I Highly recommend the store and especially Chris!

Placed an order at a Michigan location to be delivered to New Jersey that i was not happy with. Discussed with Edgar at the Paramus location and he and the team really went the extra mile to mix the order for me , even though they really didn't have to. I am super appreciative

Went there for my wedding suit. Nice young man started to help us. He was trying his best, and then an older gentleman came to help out. The young man shadowed us for the remainder, which was fine with us, and good for him to learn. Well this guy was no joke! Hooked me up with a real sweet suit (both me and my fiancée loved it). Sized just right so I didn't have to upgrade to the custom one ($$$). Grabbed some awesome shoes that we loved immediately. Go the tailor to size me, which was very quick and easy. Next up, the tie. He ran to wherever, and came back with an amazing tie that we loved (wound up being the winner). There was some sale, so we got 2 (2nd one to match another wedding). Sale on shirts, so got one for my wedding, and one for the other wedding to go with my black suit at home. He picked out a pocket square for my wedding that we loved. Lastly, came over with 3 perfect belts to match the shoes. Fiancée picked the one she liked the most, and time to check out. Well, those items added up pretty quick, especially since I'm not one who buys suits often. All in for a nice suit, tailored, shoes, 2 ties, 2 shirts, square and a belt, just over $800. Fiancée asked me if I'd rather buy her dress, and let's me know that i can wear my suit many times. I just shut up and never said a word again about it! Great place, and will def be going back......

Stephen Perrotta along with both managers from the Paramus, NJ store went above and beyond in order to get my 15 year old nephew attire to attend his father's wake and funeral. They searched high and low to find him his size pants and jacket, just in time for the funeral. During trying times like this this kind of service is what is needed and they definitely delivered! Stephen was so accommodating and helped in every way he could. Thank you so much, gentlemen! Your expertise and kindness will not be forgotten!

I needed a suit for an upcoming wedding, and had the pleasure of working with Chris. I truly cannot remember the last time I had such an outstanding retail experience, especially during the Covid-19 lockdown where retail interactions have become more difficult. I knew what suit I wanted when I walked in, and Chris quickly procured several different sized jackets for me to try on. With Chris's guidance, I found one that fit, while he made note of which alterations would be most flattering for my body type. We then went through a similar process for the pants. Chris then brought out the tailor to mark the alterations, and relayed which alterations I wanted. To top things off, he honored an online discount during checkout. The entire experience was quick, professional, and far exceeded my expectations. Salesmanship is an art, and Chris is a master. I look forward to my next purchase at this location.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this location. I needed a last minute suit and shoes, plus alterations for an event that was taking place 3 days later. The team here did an excellent job delivering incredible results in just a matter of days. Their tailor who is onsite is lovely and has a great eye for the perfect fit. My SA was Nevenka, who from the moment I walked through the door knew exactly what I Wanted and what my personal style was; I immediately knew I would be in good hands.
Products are well made with a wide selection of colors, materials, and styles (corporate/dressy to casual). If you plan to go, ask for Nevenka!

Nevenka was amazing, professional and kind. I had a wedding emergency, which she and the rest of the staff must have dealt with many times before, because they were right on it and helped me out, everything taken care of in less than an hour! Thank you! I will be back.

Great suit buying experience. I was in and out within 20 minutes and bought a suit, 2 shirts and 2 ties with ease. This is my new go to place as I feel every time I went to men's wearhouse, I was paying double than what I got at Jos A Bank. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff as well, not pushy sales people at all.
