Longfellow's Coffee

Fresh coffee Brews are always good here. Due to the variety of choices, it's always possible to get stuck, but many good options available. It's possible to get milk alternatives of all kinds. The drink to ice ratio was also good! In most cafes, ice is put so much to minimize the amount of drink, but not here.

Finally tried this place! It doesn’t look inviting from the outside so that’s why it took awhile for me to try it out. It was SO good, though. A little small inside so I probably wouldn’t go in here to hang out. But I can get things to go. The coffee was good and their baked goods look amazing! We got a cranberry scone. They had day old pastries too for a discount.

This place is amazing cozy and always kind service. They make all of their own syrups here, the lavender chai iced latte is incredible. Best tuna fish sandwich ever. A must visit!

Absolutely loved this coffee shop. Didn’t get to try the food but I did order a maple pecan latte and vanilla cappuccino ($12 for both). Both were phenomenal. I was ecstatic when I saw they make their own syrups in house (and house made marshmallows). They also offer GF bread! And a variety of delicious looking pastry! I wish I lived closer but I do believe I will be making a special trip to go back.
The ambiance was lovely as well! Very cozy and inviting. Our barista was helpful and patient as we ordered.

Great coffee and yummy treats. Quick detour from I87 was worth it. Enjoyed the cappuccinos.

Being new to the Mahwah area I have been searching for a go to spot for good coffee and/or tea as well as a good bacon egg and cheese sandwich…. and I have found it ! I love the vibe from Longfellows Coffee! It has a new and modern vibe while giving a nostalgic 90’s feeling, which brings back nice memories for me. The coffee was excellent and the egg sandwich was delicious. The staff was very pleasant to interact with (I don’t know any names yet) and this is a place you can feel at home with. Highly recommend!!

Omg loved this place, very cozy, friendly, the staff was so nice, I order just black coffee no sugar and the coffee was so good it didn't need sugar or cream, I will definitely go back.

Delicious, pleasantly surprised by the avocado toast! Didn’t even get to take a photo of it because I devoured it so quickly! The strawberry matcha was the perfect sweet drink and I can see why it’s a barista specialty! Can’t wait to come back and try more off the menu!

I always love their drinks, they're very good and love the handcrafted syrups and stuff. Would totally recommend their avocado toast, it's way better than any restaurant or some other chain Cafe. It would actually suffice for a whole meal :))) Love it

We took our car to get an oil change across the street and stopped in for breakfast/coffee - we couldn’t believe how good the coffee was! We’re coffee snobs and seriously loved it, some of the best we’ve found in the area by far. My husband is an iced coffee lover and was so happy to see they have iced coffee instead of just cold brew as so many places do now. I’m a big fan of flavors and syrups, but hate the chemical taste of the commercially manufactured ones. They make their own syrups in house. I got the vanilla bean and it tasted just like something I’d make at home, but better. Can’t wait to stop in again and try all of their other offerings and flavors!

Great people and coffee. Their recommendations are person favorites. Not just whatever they can get away with telling you so you can just order. I go in at least other day while I am at work and the service as always is Great. From ownership to employees. Thank you guys for your great service.

We found this gem when we had visited to NYC. Amazing staff and incredible breakfast menu. Loved their typical cafe vibes.

I’ve had coffee here several times and for the first time today, tried one of your breakfast sandwiches - the ingredients were fresh and the sandwich delish!
Staff here is always very friendly and attentive. It’s nice to see that in a small business. I’m going to make a point of stopping in regularly.

Everything I’ve ever had from Longfellow’s has been of the highest quality, and delicious. The glorious morning muffins are out of this world. Build your own breakfast sandwiches are fresh and wonderful. All the coffee drinks are top-notch, and they make their own flavoring syrups. The staff have been very low-key, but friendly. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in the area!

Incredible coffee house nestled away in Mahwah. Initially you might be overwhelmed by all the absolutely delicious beverage options. I wanted one of each. Plus they also have a gazillion house made flavored syrups and you can custom make your order any way you like. The prices are so cheap and I am so happy to have found this gem.

This place truly puts Starbucks to shame. They are awesome and all the barista’s are very friendly. I have become addicted to this place. So glad they came into the neighborhood.
