I don't know about how anybody could have a bad experience. I had a great overall experience I bought all of things and chatted for a while about the history of the objects and other things. 10/10 will comeback.

Visited on 10/12/23 with a buddy from Indiana. I am from Cleveland, OH and the shop owner made the whole time we where in the store a pleasant experience. Very nice man and overall great guy, Spent a while talking about sports and all other kind of topics. 10/10 will visit again If I am ever in the area. If you see this review I hope you're doing well and staying healthy!

Not sure where everyone is coming from with negative reviews. The owner of this shop was FANTASTIC! My husband and I chatted with him for over an hour about just so many things! He is definitely a people person with a wonderful personality! 10/10 would reccomend shopping here for all sports memorabilia and gear! He is very reasonable with pricing and knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable! The store was clean, welcoming, and well worth the stop!

I've been coming here since I was a kid. Togo and his wife (rip Shelly) are some of the nicest people you'll ever want to meet. We're from Indianapolis and anytime were in brown county we have to stop in and say hi. Good selection of sports stuff too

Went in there too look around and had a coffee in my hand store owner was very rude telling me it’s common sense not to drink a coffee and touch his shirts. As a small business myself customer service is very important this guy obviously has a bad attitude and outlook on life. It’s not hard to politely let someone know you don’t allow drinks in the store.

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS! My boyfriend accidentally didn’t put a shirt back where “it was supposed to go” and the owner (I guess that’s who it was) freaked out and was extremely rude to us and our family. I mean you would’ve thought someone just chopped off this man’s balls with him chasing us out the store to say even more disrespectful stuff! Seeing everyone else’s reviews explains why that place gets absolutely no business. Either way, we didn’t let it ruin our day. I hope that poor man has someone to change his poopy diaper later so he can be in a better mood for his customers. Would not go back

The gentleman that was running the store was incredibly rude to my family and I. This is Nashville you're going to have kids coming into the store. Do not recommend going in there. This is not how you treat people.

The man who was working on 4/2/22 with the long gray beard is EXTREMELY rude. I'm not sure if he was just an employee or the owner but I would be ashamed and embarrassed to have him working for me. There was no visible sign saying no food or drinks and the door was propped open. I (a 24yr old adult) had an ice cream and walked less than 2 feet into the door and he very rudely informed me no food was allowed. I made it known that it wasn't visible to the public, where in turn he said I should have common sense (the stores here are kinda hit or miss on this rule). Instead of saying "I'm sorry ma'am, we don't allow food or drinks in here" he yelled at me as if I was a child. Multiple guests left because they couldn't believe he was acting the way he was. We had all intentions of spending money here but are SO glad we didn't. Something needs to be done about someone so rude being in customer service.

My adult daughter went to this shop. Had very bad experience.. the following is a complaint she left with the visitor center. ** Hi—
I visited the shoppes of brown county today. I had a WONDERFUL day and everyone was so kind. I went to the winery’s & I went to big woods pizza and a ton of little shoppes. I had my golden retriever with me today, he’s a very well mannered ESA. Throughout the day I checked store fronts to make sure that everyone allowed dogs. As I went into sports etc I double checked. There was no sign. So, myself, my fiancé, and his friend walked in the store.
I don’t know anything about sports and I was joking and said to my fiancé “yay sports” while he looked around. In response the store owner threw himself back in his chair and said to me “I don’t go around talking garbage about other peoples stores you can take you and your mother fing dog out of my store” and quite literally chased us out. He was super disrespectful & ruined our entire day. I’ve never had anyone be so hateful to me for no reason.**** i hope he gets whats coming to him.

My wife and I wemt in to look around. After looking around I asked the owner how he was. He went on a small rant about people being so into themselves they forget to close the door, (I apparently forgot to) I apologized and he told me the AC was on. Then started complaining about that Amazon is ruining small businesses and all of the shops be out of business soon. Jesus, I can't understand why he's not doing well.

My 3 year old picked up an umbrella sitting on the floor by the front door and the guy at the counter freaked out. Told me how I need to control my kids and it would be best to leave because my kids would give him a heart attack. We seriously has just walked in and hadn't made it past the doors. What a jerk...deserves to go out of business!!

Owner is extremely rude. Do not go inside if you don’t plan on purchasing anything— he told us that.

Very rude owner to my wife and kids. Wouldn't buy anything from this man
