The staff is nice, sometimes they’re out of certain things in a few sizes but offer free shipping to your house if they don’t have the size you need. I do wish that it was easier to get through with a double stroller and I wish they had more shoes in store

Super nice and helpful staff. Clothes are cute and appropriate for the older kiddos, which is surprisingly hard to find! Wish they carried more older sizes in the store.

Staff was incredible. Everyone extremely friendly and nice. Store was exceptionally clean and very well organized. Definately the place to go if you have younger children.

Fave baby store

My wife went into the store and bought my daughter some clothes. She brought them home. We tried them on they didn’t fit. It’s hard getting their sizes right when they’re growing so fast, I went to return the clothes the next day and the man and woman at the counter Told me no they could not take them back because they had been washed. However the clothes were not washed and I told them that but they still wouldn’t take the clothes back. It was over $100. My wife and I will never come back to the store or even shop at carters anymore. Terrible customer service

Trust the signs, not the employees. Their deals are what the sign says, not what the employees say. Terrible customer service. When I asked for a price adjustment because the employee was incorrect, they hung up on me. Yikes!
