Brian Burleson and Joe Smithey installed a walk-in shower in our home today. They arrived as stated and was very professional and courteous throughout the day. Brian provided information on the process of installing the walk-in shower and it would be a one-day job. Our floors were covered from the entryway to the bathroom upstairs. Both Brain and Joe worked nonstop until the job was finished. They did a great job cleaning up bathroom and swept the bathroom, hallway, stairway, front entryway, and outside where they had setup a work area. They did a great job installing our walk-in shower and it is beautiful!

I saw an ad by West Shore Home for door installations they do. So I called and Brandon came out and we were impressed enough to order a new front door and storm door. This week two young men showed up and went to work and about 4 1/2 hours later, Justin R. and Austin B. had our beautiful doors installed. They were very focused throughout and their finish work was impeccable. Thank you to all involved in this project. We are very pleased with the result.

Everything was as stated. Came, made sure the. Floors were protected and Cameron Eaves and Zack Smith went to work. Got completed on one day and did a beautiful job and Cameron and Zack both very polite and respectful

Aiden C and Carter C were awesome and can not say enough about them. I am a very hands on customer and they worked with me to answer all of my questions whether they we good or pain to ask! We chose to have West Shore Home to help us with our window replacement. We had 10 windows installed, 1 being a very large picture window. The process was very easy from start to finish. Our salesman Brandon was on time and very knowledgeable of the products he had to offer. He demonstrated the benefits and quality that the Double-hung, double pane, insulated windows had.
It took about 3 weeks for our windows to be ready, as they were custom made-to-order.
When our install team arrived ( on time, and ready to get the job started! ) they went over the processes with us, verifying where each window would go, and what we could expect during installation.
Our install team was AMAZING!! As with all great teams everyone plays an important role.
Their Team lead, Deontia V had a plan and put it into action. Great leadership produces great results. We also had Joe H, a quiet guy but diligent in his work, and a master at his craft.
Austin B. was doing a lot of the removal work, and inside finishing. He was energetic and pleasant. Then we had Shy W. She did a good amount of the finish work, detail and clean-up.
Overall this was a great experience from start to finish. It was a pleasure having this company in my home. If you are looking to add some new beauty to your home, have a remodel in mind, or just want to add a new spice of life to your home, then give West Shore Home a call.

Our doors that were installed by Joseph W, John Z, and Justin J are absolute perfection! It was a large job and these young men poured their heart and souls into our home. They treated my home as if it were their own. They kept us updated from start to finish and always stayed focused. West Shore definitely knows there contractors strengths. Justin, R. Justin J. and Elijah, W. provided excellent professional installation of our new front entrance door. They carefully removed the old door and expertly installed the new door while answering any queries we had. They finished the job by cleaning the entire work area and ensuring we were totally satisfied with the work provided. We will certainly use West Shore Homes for any future projects.

Deontia V, Justin J, Matt W, Josh S. Came on June 3rd and removed and installed 7 new windows. They did a fantastic job and explained everything they did and we couldn't be any happier with the workmen ship and their awesome attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I recently had a bathroom makeover. We replaced a one piece tub and shower with a walk-in shower. Sean and Fen (the installers) were excellent. They were polite and courteous. They were knowledgeable and both knew what their jobs were. It took them about eight hours to complete and the end result is a fabulous looking shower. I very strongly recommend West Shore Home.

On 3/29/24 Jesse M and Evgeny F came and installed my new walkin shower and did a fantastic job. They took their time and answered all my questions and left my home spotless when they were done. I am very pleased with the work they did.

I am thrilled with my new walk-in shower! Kimball and Riley did an exceptional job. They were prompt, kind, friendly, and even cleaned up the bathroom afterward! I highly recommend West Shore Home.

West Shore Homes did what they said they could do in one day. Riley, Kimball, Nate and Logan came in laid down drop cloths so there were be minimum amount of dirt in the house. They were able to take out the old tub shower combination and replace it with a wonderful walk-in shower with teak wood seat and two grab bars. They replaced the drywall with plywood so everything mounts to the wall and is unlikely to pull apart.

Carter C and Chris M did a thorough job and went over and above what was asked. The doors look amazing and the guys did a fabulous job cleaning up. They were also very respectful and courteous.

Sean S and Evan J did my install yesterday. They were awesome! They arrived, explained the process, how it would all be executed and did it flawlessly! They had mine done in one day. Once done they cleaned up everything and didn’t even know they made the mess of remodel. Amazing job gentlemen!

West Shore Home is amazing! I had a few new windows installed and I am highly impressed by the quality of these windows. Not only that you can immediately feel the difference of heating and cooling after install which speaks volumes for how efficient these windows are. We had an amazing experience working with West Shore Homes to do our walk-in shower install! The first steps into considering an install were easy and very thorough with the help of Benny Senopole and the amazing resources they use to show you what West Shore has to offer for your shower project. They gave us an estimate and we were amazed to hear that the items needed for our install came in early and could be installed as soon as the next day! The team was out the next morning and talked with us every step of the way as well as answered any questions we had on the process.
